A lack of development isn’t always on the coach, the trainer, or the system. At some point, accountability has to kick in.
Study the game. Watch your film. Own your reps. Control your attitude. Seek feedback, not affirmation.Development starts when excuses stop.

AAU free agency season is here! 🤣 Watch out for the dream sellers and empty promises. Parents, don’t get caught up in the hype—play the long game for your kids’ future. Choose wisely, it’s about development, not quick fixes! 🏀 #LongTermGrowth #TrustTheProcess
What a final weekend for Phantom Basketball. Started with a big comeback and buzzer beater by Blake Kunze and capped off by the best performance of the year.
