In the study "Co-option of Neck Muscles Supported the Vertebrate Water-to-Land Transition," the PhaseView Alpha3 system played a key role in exploring neck muscle evolution. With high-resolution 3D imaging, it helped uncover how ancient muscle groups adapted for life on land.
