Deux camps s’affrontent en Pologne, et le contraste est brutal.
D’un côté, Donald Tusk, l’homme de Bruxelles. Ancien président du Conseil européen, il a fait de la soumission aux exigences de l’UE son principal argument de campagne et de gouvernement. Dès son retour au pouvoir, les fonds européens gelés sous le précédent exécutif ont été débloqués. Coïncidence ? Non. Contrepartie. L’UE n’a jamais caché qu’elle conditionnait l’argent à la remise en ordre du système judiciaire polonais selon ses critères. Tusk a livré. Il est aujourd’hui présenté comme le bon élève, le garant de l’« État de droit » tel que défini à Bruxelles.
En clair : le vassal utile, celui qui accepte que la primauté du droit européen s’impose même lorsqu’elle entre en conflit avec la Constitution polonaise.
De l’autre, une opposition avec Jarosław Kaczyński, qui refuse ce transfert de souveraineté. Elle considère que la Constitution reste la norme suprême sur le sol polonais et que le droit européen ne peut s’appliquer automatiquement dès lors qu’il heurte les principes fondamentaux du pays.
Ce n’est pas une position « anti-européenne » au sens où on l’entend à Paris ou à Berlin ; c’est une position qui rappelle que les traités sont des instruments consentis, non une constitution supérieure non écrite.
Elle veut sortir de certaines obligations européennes précisément là où elles touchent au cœur de la souveraineté : justice, migration, compétences non explicitement transférées.
L’Union européenne, dans ce duel, n’est pas neutre. Elle a choisi son camp, financé son camp, et continue de le soutenir.
Le débat polonais n’est donc pas seulement interne : il porte sur la nature même de l’UE. Est-ce une coopération entre États souverains, ou un ordre juridique supérieur qui s’impose dès qu’il le décide ?
Tusk a répondu par les faits. L’opposition aussi.

So a sitting United States Senator goes on camera a week before Election Day and says "we have lawyers who are already drafting the emergency case to be brought to the Supreme Court of the United States before the election and then in the immediate aftermath"… before the election. Not after a single vote was counted, not after anything happened, but before.
And then Ed Markey keeps going, thousands of lawyers getting ready to be deployed at election stations in the key states, and "we have to be ready on Election Day to have a national strike," with millions of people coming out of their homes to protest what he already calls an electoral crime. A crime that has not happened yet, on a day that has not happened yet.
Let me explain what you are looking at. When you write the lawsuit before the election and stage the crowd before the results, you are not protecting an election, you are pre-contesting one, and the outcome only counts if it goes your way. Now imagine a Republican senator saying those exact words on camera… how long before every network was running the word insurrection around the clock?
I watched them call people like us dangerous for asking questions about machines. Markey plans the strike out loud and it is just another interview in Boston.

Markey Reveals Color Revolution Plan: Unions & Workers to Shut Down Nation?
Senator Markey must have participated in the organized Ed Holder Election War Game Exercises.
In a interview conducted today, Senator Ed Markey stated that lawyers were already drafting an emergency case to bring before the U.S.
Supreme Court both before and immediately after the election. He added that thousands of lawyers were being prepared for deployment to key polling stations across multiple states.
Markey further said preparations needed to include readiness for a national strike on Election Day, with millions of people taking to the streets to protest what he described as an attempted electoral crime. He specifically called for workers, unions, and businesses to shut down in a manner similar to the response in Minneapolis following the deaths of Alex Freddi and Renee Goode.
Markey argued that the president was growing increasingly desperate because Republican fortunes had slipped, citing repeated visits to Texas to protect an otherwise safe Senate seat and campaigning in historically safe Republican states such as Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa.
The Senator predicted that an anticipated large Democratic victory would prompt some Republicans in the House and Senate to distance themselves from the MAGA agenda rather than become “sacrificial lambs.”
Markey expressed concern that desperation could lead to the deployment of ICE agents or the military, and he said the public mobilization would demonstrate outrage to the Supreme Court if an emergency petition were filed.
This is why voters must choose common sense candidates in this midterm cycle. The modern Jacobins are out for blood, and only a decisive choice at the ballot box can save our republic.

Un error acaba de generar una crisis de seguridad impresionante. La revista Der Spiegel —un medio, cabe destacar, de marcada tendencia izquierdista— ha sacado a la luz un documento interno que prueba cómo Die Linke ha sido secuestrado por el islamismo.
Su candidata a gobernar Berlín, Elif Eralp, envió por accidente a la redacción las notas privadas de una entrevista donde confiesa estar coaccionada y aterrorizada por Hamás que opera dentro de su propio partido.
Resulta que luego de una entrevista, el equipo de la candidata revisó la transcripción. Durante este proceso, Eralp hizo comentarios internos que debían quedar en la más estricta confidencialidad. Sin embargo, el documento con las acotaciones sin borrar fue devuelto a los periodistas.
El contenido de esas notas es dinamita. Cuando Der Spiegel le preguntó por Ibrahim Ibrahim —un propalestino simpatizante de Hamás que celebró la masacre del 7 de octubre—, la respuesta pública iba a ser esquiva. Pero en el margen del documento filtrado, Eralp escribió la verdad: «Hay un PROBLEMA. [...] mi marido no, y yo tampoco, quiero nombrar nombres concretos, él tiene miedo de esta gente y yo también».
La filtración expone la cruda realidad del islamoizquierdismo en Alemania: Eralp llegó a comparar el nivel de amenaza de estos militantes pro-Palestina con el del Crimen Organizado e implora abortar la publicación: «No puedo poner en peligro a mí misma y a mi familia por Der SPIEGEL. ¿Qué hacemos ahora? ¿Anulamos toda la entrevista?».
El mayor chiste de toda esta situación, sin embargo, quedó plasmado en una de las frases que Eralp sí quería publicar. En un alarde de desconexión absoluta, la candidata afirma en la entrevista: «Lo que sí puedo decir con total claridad es que, como alcaldesa gobernante, velaré por la seguridad de todas las berlinesas y todos los berlineses». Una promesa que resulta irrisoria viniendo de una dirigente que, en el mismo documento, reconoce en secreto que ni siquiera puede proteger a su propia familia de las bases de su partido.
Luego del escándalo, Eralp ha anunciado que procederá legalmente contra Der Spiegel y presentará una queja formal ante el Consejo de Prensa por haber citado sus anotaciones internas. Esta maniobra judicial evidencia de inmediato lo susceptibles y completamente desbordados que están en realidad estos cuadros dirigentes frente a situaciones de crisis.
La izquierda radical berlinesa creyó que podía capitalizar electoralmente el extremismo islámico; hoy, los documentos demuestran que es el extremismo quien los tiene de rehenes.

Investigations reveal that at least $20 billion was directed to environmental organizations, many of which were established only months prior to receiving the funds.
Kamala Harris gave a $7 billion dollar check to a Maryland climate group that also had no federal filings.
