FACT✅: Every individual will have their own reaction and relationship to substances. Not all substance use is problematic, there is specific criteria for a Substance Use Disorder. Dependence and addiction are not the same thing.

I could get sober but I needed to learn how to stay sober. I found my biggest challenge was coping & regulating my emotions because the drugs I used numbed all that. Not only did I have to learn how to feel things, I had to learn how to feel them in a healthy way. #WeDoRecover
