A Philadelphia jobsite received an alert that the temperature had fallen below 40°F. After reviewing the data, the temperature was falling at night while rising in the morning at the same time for an entire week. After contacting the HVAC technician, they realized immediately that the heating system was not programmed correctly and being turned off at night. Receiving the alert and reprogramming the system averted a potential frozen pipe situation.
