I actually have no words to try and explain this level of cringe and embarrassment to people outside of SA. For fuck sakes, this is a cabinet minister 🙈 As South Africans we know, and we have made our peace with relentless cadre incompetence and sheer stupidity. But how do you explain this to someone that doesn’t know? She comes across as an idiot. Any rational person would ask - How do you put an idiot in charge of a country’s water?
