Hi, #NQP @Pippa__Moore here 👋. Wrapping up my first week of learning with @NorthMidNHS by shadowing Dietitian @KostasEle_RD on the stroke ward. As a #SLT I am pleased to see different consistencies of Ensure to match the IDDSI levels (e.g. level 1 thickness)!
