I found a LoRA model that mimics Akagi Rio's art style from the Oppai Isekai series. You can, with the right combination of tools and prompts, re/create any character in this art style.
The creator made other LoRAs that mimic animations from the VN. I know the Miyazaki AI trend has been around for a while, but to copy animations as well! That's pretty incredible.
I spent the evening using the LoRA to recreate a scene from a manga. After hours of fine tuning, the experiment was successful. I'm definitely going to move forward and create a fan project visual novel adaptation of this manga I've been using for reference.
I love Nikke, but I just can't play gacha games anymore. It's the feature creep combined with dailies that kills it for me.
Some of my favorite IPs are either trapped in mobile games or crappy adaptations.
I just want proper CRPGs of my favorite D&D modules. Dragonlance and Ravenloft deserve proper modern games. Pokemon is garbage without a ROM hack or mods. There's a lot of Japanese fan service IPs that are either dead or only available via gacha games.
With the help of AI, I'm tempted to make my own fan projects. But time and money are finite which is why I always fall off 🥲
