Shocking stat. Women & former players are rare at the top administrative level of football. @Lisekla represents both those groups & it would be a huge step forward if she is elected for better football governance.

Incredible stat! 15 PL clubs have no former players on their board and there is only 6 out of 119; Decisions being made without the perspective of those that played the game. As a minimum, the interests of football & players must be considered when clubs make important decisions.
⚽️ Football Club Boardrooms. Out of the 119 current #PremierLeague club directors, only six are former players. #Everton, #Liverpool, #ManchesterUnited, #Newcastle and #Southampton are the clubs that include at least a representative with such background in their Board 🏛️
