ALT A solitary cell with a single high window with the words Mnemosyne Episode 8 Out Now above and below the window
ALT golden retriever standing and resting his chin on a wood table. his front paws are also resting on it, almost like a hug. the sun is at a low angle and hits his eyes and golden fur perfectly. his eyes are also open wide, almost concerned but full of love
ALT To our listeners, As members of the podcast community, we have heard and been involved in the discussions surrounding representation and inclusivity within the community that have been going on for a very long time. In light of the past week’s events, we want to reiterate Brainrot Presents’ commitment to inclusivity and accessibility in all aspects of our production, from centering “own voices” narratives to making transcription a priority.
ALT We encourage listeners to support smaller podcasts with BIPOC, queer, and disabled cast, crew, and artists. Linked in this post is a spreadsheet of podcasts you can support just by listening, contributing to their Patreons/crowdfunding, and/or leaving reviews. Our hope is that everyone can contribute to this list in order to create a supportive community we can all feel comfortable being involved with.
ALT That is, of course, not saying that larger podcasts and podcast companies cannot or should not improve, but there are creators already in the podcast space creating the work we want to see. Feel free to add the podcasts you create and listen to, share this link with others, and let us know how else we can support your podcast.
