My husband has requested a chocolate chip pecan pie, guess that's next on the yum menu!

A few weeks back I ran across this recipe for a concoction called 'cowboy butter' and tonight I made it for hubby's steak, it's actually pretty darn great! Color me surprised!

Okay here you are, the lovely cheesecake finalized! The lesson learned with this one was not to use a store bought crust because the cheesecake is baked, crust got tough to cut through! #FoodieFriday #baking
