We added some cool free generators to our site! Check them out without signing in at polar3d.com/tools/model-gene…
Finally FINALLY got live-feed back, to some extent. Shout out to our team, who has been doing a great job lately. Blocking mixed content in the browser ruined it for a while, but our Bridge (polar3d.com/download) and Mobile App are helping to bring it back.
Big sales on our most popular Cloud Printer - the Flashforge Adventurer 5M! $249 for a piece of hardware this well made and this reliable is crazy..
Added shadows to the build plate. They're turned off by default.. click the settings gear to flip them on, if it suits your fancy!
Have you tried the Polar Cloud mobile app yet? Several competitors are emerging that are vibe coded local only apps. Set up once, with our private and secure cloud-first app, so you can manage your printers from anywhere.
Did you know you can use the Polar Cloud to turn images into 3D printable files? The example below was used for a kids baseball team. It took 30 seconds to complete.
Nice design, printing now.

Wow, years ago, I used to import into Fusion and units were a mess. Then you had to go through and reverse engineer or slice off a sliver of the file to expose clean geometry you could work with. Glad to see there's been progress here.
Today I'm testing @Convert2Step: a new STL to STEP tool currently in private beta.
It's one of the first standalone web-tools of its kind I've seen, but I'm certain it won't be the last.
A few weeks back I was bitchin and moanin about the fact that current mesh to solid... 🧵
The Polar3D Bridge is our Mac/Linux/Windows app that connects Bambu Lab and Prusa printers on your network.
If you have some of each, it'll manage the connection for both (within that one app) and then you access the printers right from polar3d.com or your app.
Just posted a short blog about the Phaetus Conch nozzle for the Adventurer 5M and 5M pro.
I dig it! We remember the days of the MK10 Flashforge nozzle machines. Absolute workhorses, but it's cool to see how far we've come.

Storms that rolled through the Ohio Valley yesterday knocked out our power, twice.
Resume print didn't meet my standards for this print, it left a large melted rim and slight shift around the top of the cat.
So I have a couple of quarter cats now.
If you haven't kept up with the Polar Cloud lately, we've been making tons of improvements, and have more right around the corner. This month alone - we've added support for Libraries, improved multiplate support, added MCP access to Polar Cloud, and more!
Did you know Polar Cloud lets you quickly generate a printable flyer (PDF) to place at the physical location of your printers, with steps of how to quickly sign up and print? As always, you retain final say, but this merges the hybrid/cloud realm with the physical one in seconds.
The X2D from @BambulabGlobal is a real winner! Hardly any waste. It's a joy to watch, really.
What I think I like most about it is that you can use up filament scraps or odd-sized rolls, because they're just fed into the extruder or aux extruder, no need to comply with the AMS.
Building great hardware is only half the battle. We explore why the biggest challenges in tech today aren’t mechanical.. they’re workflow problems. And how Polar Cloud bridges the gap.
