People would like to think that things will get better. However, in today's time, when you're alienated by your family for thinking differently, it's hard to see that. That's what I felt when I came out of the closet in support of the MAGA movement. Not because I'm some White

Yeah, no thanks to you, DeSantis. Undermining the top of the ticket every chance you get while squandering the local races as if they don't matter to you. After what happened to TX, I'd think you of all people should understand FL's importance to the Rep. Party, but I guess your ego would rather risk flipping the seat if it means you get to grandstand about how you're the only one capable of keeping FL red. #Elections2026 #USA #Florida #RonDeSantis #ElectionResults
Dems will get 55 Senate seats and 250+ House seats. Looking at the Senate map and considering such a massive House margin, it is very unlikely Republicans will recapture the Congress in 2028. Might not have a shot at Senate control until 2032.

Which makes it even more infuriating that @johnthune squandered this short season of power simply because he’s selfish and demonic and doesn’t give a flip what happens to the country. This is precisely what he wanted to happen.

🚨What happens if Trump loses the House and Senate? Clinton & Obama already set precedent. They weren't done at all in their last 2 years. Victor Davis Hanson explains: Clinton fell to 37% approval but left office at about 66%. In between, he was impeached but not convicted and bombed Serbia for 78 days without Congress. Obama's approval fell to 38% and still left office near 60%. He bombed Libya in 2011 without Congress, ran hundreds of drone strikes in Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia, and started bombing ISIS in Iraq and Syria in 2014 without a new vote. He said "I've got a pen and I've got a phone," and skipped the Senate on the Iran deal and Paris. Low approval and a hostile Congress didn't finish them. For both, it was the best thing that ever happened to them in some ways.

It’s worse than people realize. Texas did not just lose a senator. We did not just lose a governor. Dems are projected to flip our state House and Senate. They have flipped judicial seats and Supreme Court judicial seats. They will reverse legislation (including pro-life legislation and border legislation), and judges will reject appeals. Everyone who stayed home in a tantrum owns this. You didn’t vote, and you gave away our state. I can forgive you for giving away yours, but not for giving away mine.

Charles Barkley will never let us live this down.
We did it, TX-23! We flipped a district Trump won by 15 points, the first Latina to represent this district. And made history! From San Antonio to El Paso, this victory belongs to YOU. I’ll fight for every family, regardless of party. Thank you for this great honor!

Omg, yall are not going to understand why you won in a blowout, are yall? Well, go ahead. Waste your 2 years on useless impeachment proceedings. Ignore the economy 'cause who cares about prices when you can finger wag towards Trump about how evil he is for years to come. #Elections2026 #USA #Senate #Congress #Trump
They are going to need to plant new forests for all of the subpoenas we’ll be printing.

(1/4🧵) I'll say this about the midterms: never in my life did I ever thought I'd see rural Dems in cons. CDs come back to Congress in a long time. Really makes you think about what'll happen in the next decade. Politics is most certainly an interesting enigma, & I love it. The reason why I got into politics is because of the uncertainty in elections. Flips can happen ANYWHERE. Seeing so many Incumbents go down, it reminded me of the Great Depression & 2010 blowouts for the respective parties in the majority. Will this remain come 2028? Who knows? Perhaps many of them will be more cons. than Henry Cuellar & survive. I pray that's the case because I do want to see the 2-party system try to diversify their base rather than divide them. I'm disappointed my candidates didn't win, but I take solace in knowing the voters' concern was expressed in the voting booth. I also got to better understand why they voted massively against Rep.: their inability to fix the economy enough to make drastic changes to our livelihoods.

(4/4🧵) Overall, a disappointed race. It's a big blow to my & MAGA's goal. I do hope people like Hinson, Rogers, & Husted do pull through, but I won't be shocked if they lose. The fact the South & Rust Belt are carrying the party really shows where the future of the Rep. Party may go in the next decade. After these results, J.D. Vance may become the future, but if Trump doesn't get the economy fixed by 2028, we may have to choose another candidate. Ron DeSantis comes to mind, but he f*cked himself in 2024 because of the "true cons." being the politically illiterate r*tards they are. Well, I hope they're happy with themselves. We may be f*cked, but I'm a hopium guy. I believe we still have a chance to turn around. Till then, goodnight, good luck, & may God protect the USA.
