You must work on your annotation skills. Notice in both example A & B it states the parties reached a settlement or the parties mutually agreed on something. clearly Jay doesn’t understand how these lawsuits work- it’s normal for outside court agreements to allow the case to be dismissed without prejudice by the plaintiff.

When there are many cases where women accused men of rape but then admitted they were never raped, then yes, rape allegations happen alot. The reason why certain women believe false accusations rarely happen is because you call someone a victim of rape because she regretted consenting and say "well, they BOTH were drunk so she couldn't consent, thus rape", "he makes more money than her", "he probably pressured her", "she's 25, he's 35", etc...
