Contrast this with the video of JDV in the donut shop. A guy who actually likes people vs a guy who only talks to people if they can help his campaign -- and then does a terrible job of acting like a human.
A belated Labor Day tidbit. This was last year, but legendary shade thrown by @RepMarcyKaptur when JDV visited a UAW picket line.
Wisc Public Radio had a nice piece on housing in Madison and planning for the future. Also noted: If people can't buy bc there are few homes to buy they stay renting, putting even more pressure on rents @MadisonForPpl

I heard from a reliable source today that JD Vance will be visiting Madison next week. Haven't seen anything about it. Should be an interesting visit.
For the doubters that complain that all the new buildings are just lux and not helping with affordable housing. It does help to just keep building more.
