Today, I'm launching Vene: your AI advocate for healthcare. I used to spend a dozen hours a week managing care for my dad, a disabled veteran, and my mom, who has a severe autoimmune disease. Healthcare was a full-time job for my family. Our goal is to end the burden of care for every family: When you're sick, or caring for someone who is, the hard part is everything after the hospital: the referral that never arrives, the test result nobody calls about, the bill that makes no sense, and everything in between. For my dad, he spent hours on the phone to book an MRI. When he showed up, they told him to his face that insurance had stopped covering it. Then insurance told him to call a list of other offices and get the paperwork sent over himself, and he ended up giving up. That’s why we’ve trained Vene to handle the toughest aspects of healthcare: - Coordinating several specialists at once - Challenging surprise bills and treatment denials - Catching missed follow-ups and care gaps My mom uses Vene to coordinate her primary care and endocrinologist, automatically refill and renew her prescriptions, and manage my little sister’s dental appointments. They were my first users, and now over 5,000 families use Vene, and we're deploying it to another 50,000 patients across provider networks in the US.

The answer to every AI problem can’t be “buy more GPUs.” Skyfall reports 51–125x faster performance and 150–210x lower cost on its engineering benchmarks with a different architecture. Proud to be investors in @spisallyouneed and the @skyfallai team since the beginning!
Introducing SKY-001, the first Engineering World Model. On CAD and BIM tasks, it beats GPT-6 Astra and every frontier model we tested: -> 51-125x faster - > 150-210x cheaper -> Higher IOU than all frontier models SKY-001 lets you dream a physical object before you build it. 18 months of work. Built by the team out of Maluuba's deep learning lab (acq. by @MSRResearch). The first ‘AI General Engineer’ will be the backbone for Autonomous Manufacturing.

let me know if you have a SaaS company to sell!
Yesterday, we came out of stealth at @skyfallAI in Forbes and today we're excited to announce that Skyfall AI is featured in the @WSJ's newsletter. We believe in a utopian world that will be achieved over the next decade, where humans will work in their own creative interests in space exploration, sports, arts or philosophy while machines will do all the mundane operational tasks. We want to free humanity from all the monotonous boring operational tasks that they spend their daily lives doing. The only way to achieve this vision is via creating autonomous enterprises, i.e., companies that can run by themselves with minimal human intervention. After 15 years of building in the AI space, one thing is certain. LLMs are static systems that fail at - Long horizon planning tasks - High consequential decision-making - Sample efficiency - Dynamic environment adaptation These skills are required by a business to survive and grow. Unfortunately, LLMs are not designed for the real world constraints of running an organization. Our solution is Enterprise World Models grounded in Continual Learning and World Modeling. We're taking a fundamentally different approach because we have always believed in 0 to 1 research, and not incremental n+1 RL fine tuning. We are acquiring SaaS businesses to prove our thesis for creating AI systems for the post scarcity world. This is a call to all SaaS founders to submit your company if you’re interested (🔗 in comments) Thank you Sarah @sarahklearman for covering our story on @WSJ

Around 15 years ago, Kaheer Suleman and I started Maluuba with the vision of building Universal Turing Machines. Back then, we were one of the pioneer research labs building foundational modules of deep learning and Reinforcement learning with Turing award winners @Yoshua_Bengio and @RichardSSutton. There was no AI hype then, as there is now. Those were the good old days of doing pure scientific research unlike the n+1 research that we see today. Maluuba was later acquired by Microsoft and became @MSFTResearch Canada. Grounded in that same mission, we're finally ready to introduce @skyfallai to the world after a lot of experimentation in stealth over the last year. We're a frontier neo lab building the first Autonomous Enterprise by moving beyond the current LLM paradigm. For the last 5 years, the foundational model market has relied on a single paradigm: scaling laws for LLMs - more data, more compute, bigger models. However, the real world is messy and much more complicated. In order to achieve our long term vision, the next generation of AI models requires a different approach. Skyfall is solving the hardest open problems in frontier AI: long-horizon planning, data inefficiency, and brittle performance in dynamic real-world environments. To achieve the team's vision of a completely autonomous enterprise, the team is developing a next-generation frontier model (Enterprise World Models) using Continual Learning and World Modeling. Enterprise World Models can simulate the multi-layered consequences of strategic business actions. Our approach unlocks a new category in the foundation model market. To prove it, we're introducing Morpheus, a Continual Reinforcement Learning platform for AI researchers. I'm building this company with the people I trust the most: my longtime friend Kaheer Suleman (prev. Co-Founder of Maluuba) and my brother @omgiamgod (prev. YC founder). Sumit and Kaheer are the first principles thinkers I can trust to go to the end of the world with to achieve the mission impossible together. Together with a stellar team of 25 researchers and engineers, we're pushing a new frontier in AI forward. We unpacked our long term vision in today’s Forbes feature 🔗- read it to see what we’re building toward. Thank you so much Victor Dey for the interview. To achieve our goal of enterprise world models, we are soliciting bids to acquire small SaaS startups (up to $1M) and fully automate them. If you’re interested, submit your business here: skyfall.ai/acquisition Finally, thank you to our investors and advisors for believing in our vision since day one: @Fidelity , @sk121 (@touringcapital), @karam_n and @chrisarsenault (@inovia), @morgan_blumberg (@M13Company ), @stephpalmeri (@NextViewVC ), and @michaellitt and @mmccauley (@GarageCapital ), @jennydhe, @fchollet @NaveenGRao and so many others for supporting us in this journey.

Today we present Morpheus, a persistent enterprise simulation platform designed to make Continual Learning a reality. Morpheus is the world’s first real world Reinforcement Learning environment. Every Reinforcement Learning environment operates in the game world. Benchmarks like Atari, OpenAI Gym, MuJoCo, and Procgen are all small, game-like worlds that reset every few minutes. But the real world never resets. A business keeps running and evolving everyday. We tested how frontier LLMs would perform in realistic and dynamic business environments 🧬on Morpheus. The main conclusion was that LLMs are not continual learners. 🧵Here’s how we did it and what we learned:

Dear friends, I am incredibly honored to finally unveil what we've been working on in stealth: Accordance. When Finsam and I first started our journey bringing AI out of the research lab, we discovered an industry filled with some of the most thoughtful, principled professionals we'd ever met: tax and accounting practitioners who became our teachers, our guides, and ultimately our partners. As our entire team spent thousands of hours over the last few years climbing the learning curve, what we've discovered is that we're solving something much bigger than we initially realized. We began to see what keeps everyone up at night, and it wasn't what we expected. 75% of senior accounting professionals are retiring in the next decade, with only a 50% replacement rate. Meanwhile, regulations multiply and edge cases explode in complexity. The profession isn't just facing a labor shortage - it's facing an expertise crisis. That's when it clicked - our mission at Accordance matters more than we ever imagined. Most people think "AI for accounting and tax" means automating routine work - but we're doing the opposite. We're building the smartest tax & accounting AI that can handle the most sophisticated advisory work - the stuff that normally takes decades of experience. It's letting junior staff punch way above their weight and giving seasoned experts superpowers they've never had. We're not replacing professionals; we're amplifying their expertise at the exact moment the profession needs it most. The outcomes we're seeing are remarkable. But none of this would have been possible without our world-class team that sharpens iron with iron, our supporters who've been with us every step of this journey, and every professional who opened their doors and trusted us with their most complex challenges. We're grateful to have you on this mission with us.

PR is one of the biggest black boxes for startups and one of the most misunderstood growth levers. How do you actually get covered in outlets like TechCrunch or Forbes? When does PR make sense and when is it not? How do you build reporter relationships before you launch? This episode demystifies the PR black box ◼️ @jennydhe is the Founder and General Partner at @Position_VC , an early-stage venture fund that helps startups craft strategic comms from day one. She led comms at Square, has placed hundreds of startups in top outlets, and knows exactly what makes a narrative newsworthy (you’ll learn this from her in the epi). She breaks down, step-by-step, how to nail your launch, earn credibility, and avoid the most common PR mistakes founders make. Key takeaways from the conversation: 1️⃣ PR is about distribution with credibility. Focus on getting the right message to the right people at the right time. 2️⃣ Set a clear goal before any launch. Hiring? Fundraising? BD? Your PR approach changes depending on what outcome you're optimizing for. 3️⃣ Positioning comes before PR. You must know your “why,” your ICP, and what makes you different or no story will land. 4️⃣ Your story is your strategy. Reporters want memorable, emotional, founder-driven narratives. 5️⃣ Not all news is newsworthy. A good story is: (1) timely, (2) impactful, (3) relevant to the outlet’s audience. 6️⃣ Match your story to the right outlet. If your product sells to dentists, TechCrunch may not be where your audience is. 7️⃣ Warm relationships win pitches. Build trust with reporters before you need them. Offer data, connect dots, be useful. 8️⃣ Exclusives are common (and often expected). Many top reporters won’t take your story unless they get it first. 9️⃣ An interview isn’t a guarantee. You still need to nail the call with crisp soundbites and a clear, compelling arc. Otherwise, it may not get published. 🔟 Success = the right message, in the right outlet, reaching the right people. Define this before you ever hit send. -- 🎧 Tune in and subscribe on YouTube, Apple, Spotify or wherever you like to listen by searching "The GTMnow Podcast." 💡 @GTMnow_ is the media brand of VC firm, @gtmfund .
