Capgemini s'effondre. L'action perd 7% en 2 séances. L'explication est à chercher du côté des collaborateurs. 23,5 % des consultants ont quitté le groupe en 2021. Plus d'un tiers de l'équipe qui compte 325.000 personnes, a désormais moins d'un an d'ancienneté ! C'est énorme.
