If what is being alleged happened, you are saying they should be speaking out loud and proud on social media as a priority? What about supporting the alleged victim or victims in the way THEY choose? What about giving corroborating statements to GMM or to a lawyer or the police for an investigation? What about respecting the privacy of the people involved since there isn’t any concrete evidence of anything going on? This comment is a perverted level of entitlement of what someone should do when an alleged CRIME was committed. Everything is not for social media. It is not our right to know the ins and outs of what happened when sexual misconduct is allegedly involved. Trying to decipher the level of care based on whether or not someone hits a button on an app is childish. You are talking about something they alters people’s lives for the rest of their lives and you speak about it so flippantly. No one involved will ever be able to put this behind them whether the accusations are true or not. How about we, as the public, show some damn respect to the seriousness of what transpired and let it play out the way it’s supposed to, instead of sound “internet sleuthing” that does absolutely NOTHING to help any victims involved.
