I had a front row seat as my friend @PastorMikeStone was lied about and had his character questioned. Now we know he was right all along. There should be a line of folks heading to Blackshear to personally apologize!

It’s just true!! We have had gutless leadership in the SBC for quite some time now.

Yes. Powerful message from @WillyRice
Last week, NAMB assumes I can’t understand what another preacher clearly said.
This week, SBCEC assumes I am embracing the same philosophy as transgenderism if I designate giving.
But let’s all cooperate…..

The same arguments that are being used to discredit the Law Amendment will be used to affirm LGBTQIA+ pastors in a decade or two.
And all of these “I’m a complementarian, but” folk’s children will be making the same argument daddy did.
This is a must listen for anyone that cares about the SBC. @WillyRice hits the right tone and the right targets with humility.
Much of what he highlights is why many of us have disengaged from SBC life.
Thankful for Willy’s willingness to share.

Truth!!
Tragedy hit our town last night because of DUI. When a preacher warns about alcohol, someone will raise the matter of gluttony, certainly a sin.
But I’ve never known anyone to die in a wreck because the other driver had just gorged themselves at a buffet.

Jaylen House…..False Hustle.
I defined”false hustle” in a sermon 2 weeks ago. House just provided my illustration.

@PiggTimothy is leading well at this precious church.
Hard to have a “good faith discussion” with those who willingly and knowingly lie to further their agenda.

This thread of truth is why many have distanced themselves from the SBC. Unfortunately, most will say nothing because they still jockey for some illusion of influence on a sinking ship.
