I’ve again worked backwards in a lineup I think is pretty difficult to call this week, and it all starts with the man on the graphic…

The bench excited me when drafting the team, as I was actually debating who was going to miss out for once. With Madsen out, I don’t see Alemayehu missing out, so it’s Scarlett I’ve dropped from the squad, as it sounds likely that Chair and Lloyd are back fit 🥳
Interesting that Poku’s two best games (Preston and Swansea) have come when he’s been utilised as a RM in a 4-4-2, which the license to drop back AND come inside to receive the ball - basically given as much freedom as he likes
Very effective for someone so good on the ball
MOTM may have to go to Stephan. Perfect setup.

Stephan clearly prefers playing a CAM but Harvey Vale can’t keep on starting so I’ve gone for a lineup almost identical to that of the West Ham game
Cirkin is back but don’t expect him to take Kemper’s spot yet

Think we may see the exact same XI for two games straight for the first time this season
The only things I believe could change are Vale in for JCS, Edwards to CB, 4231, and/or Mbengue for Adamson
For me, none of Vale, Kone or Mbengue DESERVE to start

I am going to stick with this prediction out of optimism, but I’m worried Stephan may start Vale over Clarke-Salter, move Edwards to CB and play a 4231
I say worried because I really don’t think Vale has been good enough to merit a start, regardless of whether JCS ‘needs’ a rest
