For Noel Rigley, franchising is a family legacy.
What started as one @PrimroseSchools with his late wife, Pratiksha, has grown into eight locations across Dallas-Fort Worth — with two more on the way and their daughters now joining him as co-owners.
Along the way, Noel has mentored nearly 20 franchise owners and given back to families and communities across DFW.
