ALT Critical Metals Corp. (NASDAQ: CRML) cleared the last major hurdle in its takeover of European Lithium on Monday. The Supreme Court of Western Australia approved both schemes of arrangement, one covering European Lithium’s shares and one covering its listed options. The ruling comes four days after European Lithium securityholders voted overwhelmingly in favor. The deal now moves to implementation, and new CRML shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on November 6.

Lucid Diagnostics ($LUCD) began receiving Medicare payments for its EsoGuard esophageal DNA test at the established fee schedule rate of $1,938.01 per test. It also closed a $15M Series C preferred placement with existing shareholders.
Payments are coming in for tests run at its Texas lab. Noteholders in the deal said the payments addressed the concerns behind a Medicare-related default provision in its 2029 convertible notes.
California lab claims still await a final revised coverage determination, and the Series C converts at $0.3519 with a 20% dividend paid in stock.
