Had to gather some information before posting, but here is what I understand to be true. Someone overseas (likely UAE or Asia) bought the card on Goldin and has brought it to the Dubai show to have it at their booth. Welcome to the mainstream of super high end sports cards, as this is what can happen as we have seen with a number of "grail level" hits being immediately relisted at a higher price after selling. Unlike the past wrestling cards at the top of the mountain, which have sold and gone into PCs, this one is not seemingly going to fit that mold. This is not out of the ordinary for trading cards, even though it is for wrestling. Other WM patch autos have sold and put immediately back on the market at higher prices, but those sellers are not looked at kindly. For most, ownership does not equal an increase in value just because it has a different name as the seller. In other cases, a good buy can easily turn into instant profits. I don't think this is one of those times, but at least if you wanted another shot at this card, now you have it. Just be ready to pay more than the final price it sold for a short time ago.
