An appeals court ruled that “The Pitt” is similar enough to “ER” to allow Michael Crichton’s widow to pursue a lawsuit over the Emmy-winning show.
The appeals court did dismiss a claim against key creators of the show — Noah Wyle, John Wells and R. Scott Gemmill — finding no evidence that they were aware they could be violating Crichton’s contractual rights.
“There are clear and numerous similarities between ‘The Pitt’ and ‘ER,” the court ruled, citing the emergency room setting, the fast pace, the medical jargon, the graphic depictions of injuries, and a young, incompetent doctor fresh from medical school. “We find the details here suffice for a prima facie case.”

I honestly don’t think it’s any worse than what Kieran did in Series 1 of the civilian show with ‘parting gift’. Kieran basically outed another Traitor, James only outed himself. If he’d randomly said it, fair enough but they were putting heat on him anyway.
What James did was a dick move and changed the entire trajectory of the game. I sympathize to a point but he should’ve kept his ass at home if this is how he was gonna act. He knew what the game was… let’s not act like he’s brand new #CelebrityTraitors

Every single Matt Smith episode got higher than that. It took until Capaldi’s second series to reach an episode that got lower than 6.32.
So I don’t see why Smith and Capaldi episodes wouldn’t be popular enough for a screening.
I was someone who enjoyed the first half of S2, but looking back it almost feels like we were all delusional because those first 5 episodes are really not good at all 😭 that being said TSATE was the first on broadcast that I really didn’t gel with, and I still don’t *get it*?

Generally I think this new 4th Doctor figure is excellent, though I’m still unsure about the scarf. It’s a bit oversized width-wise and looks a little off, but the figure itself is easily the best 4th Doctor we’ve ever had.

This figure compared to the previous Shada 4th Doctor is a night and day difference. It’s a real case of not realising how bad something was until you see the new version. The vortex figure makes the B&M one look like a knock off 😅
