Oxford is controversially planning to give men full access to several public toilets that women use.
This is the BBC's headline to that story.
The article only quotes trans activists; no counter-point is even offered and the law isn't properly explained.

Annie Andrews opposed a 2021 South Carolina bill that banned puberty blockers, hormones, and surgeries for minors. She called it “dangerous” and said it criminalized “evidence-based care.” She later said she does not support surgery under 18. Voters should ask why she fought the ban in the first place. South Carolina parents deserve clarity.

A 3 judge panel of Ninth Circuit
claims that law requiring a trans person undergo surgery before being allowed to change Arizona birth certificate —and depriving them of option to change through judicial order— violates trans rights. This case should reach the Supreme Court, if not reversed en banc.
The judge called it “improper” to deny trans people the right to change their gender marker through a court order, rather than surgery.

Interestingly, the federal court based its decision in the text of the AZ statute which it claimed had left in place the alternative route of court orders. It reversed the district court’s grant of summary judgment to plaintiffs below. (The district court had issued an expansive order finding that the ban violated equal protection and due process, constituting discrimination against trans people.) The good news is that the court rejected these claims expressly under all levels of review.
If so, Annie Andrews passes the Democratic party’s litmus test for all candidates.

“straight men”? Gimme a break. Not falling for it. These small number/big impact/big funding liars peddling transgenderism exist across the board—and lesbians and gay men are in on the lying too.
The following is a post from Arty Morty who has some very insightful, bold and honest observations about transgenderism.
“Just randomly musing about why I’ve been so bothered by the trans movement for so long…
I think the number one reason is that it’s a movement built almost entirely around lies.
Specifically: men telling lies.
More specficially: straight men telling lies to conceal sexual compulsions they don’t want exposed.
Even more specifically still: these are mostly straight men who have secret sexual compulsions and they have been explicitly targeting children in order to create a cover story for their motives.
That right there is textbook danger. Textbook corruption. A textbook example of what I believe society has a mandatory purpose to filter out: one of the main functions of civil society is to guard against exactly this kind of malignant behaviour among men.
If that doesn’t set your alarms off, I genuinely wonder how your brain works.
Yes, I comprehend fully that in the past, innocent gay people were unfairly put into the category of malignant predators. That is a fair rebuttal. But to that I say: trans is not the same as gay. It’s a different thing. And this time, there are extremely solid reasons to be alarmed.
Gay rights today is all about no longer telling lies. The entire Gay Rights Movement has always been about being open and honest about having an atypical sexual desire that is consensual between adults and harms no one.
Trans rights by contrast is all about lies upon lies upon lies. Never tell the truth. There are, of course, many well-meaning people who are caught up in the movement. But who are we kidding: they’re unfortunate souls who’ve been hoodwinked — useful idiots, by and large.
The central premise and objective of the trans movement is to give men with secret fetishes a deep, wide, and massive cover story so that no one asks questions about their sexual compulsions — compulsions which, though they may be “natural” or inborn, nevertheless rightly should not be allowed to be openly expressed in civil society.
No, transwomen should not be allowed to access spaces where women get naked, no matter how badly and urgently they feel drawn to them. Sexual titillation is the reason they are so urgently seeking access to them.
Sexual compulsion is the reason trans-identifying men protest so loudly about their “human rights”. They viciously argue otherwise, but that’s because they know what the stakes are: not death, but to them something worse: sexual deprivation.
I’m sorry, but men’s sexual deprivation is not an excuse to destroy women’s rights.
That’s really what it comes down to.”

Hmmmm ….
What do you think after having read what happened according to her ?
This is all according to her own sworn statement in 2024, that she double checked & made 20 of her own handwritten notations on (which is normal procedure), & then signed as correct 27 days after the night at the frat house.
She had sex with 4 men. The other 3 never had sex with her. She had 3 threesomes with guys 1-4 in different combos throughout the night. She stated that the 3rd one felt “coerced”. But she agreed was not forced.
They were all high on ketamine & alcohol. She rated her level of intoxication at each point throughout the night from 1-10. She rated it at 5 out of 10, when she agreed to the first threesome. By the time she went to sleep at 5:45, she rated herself at 8/10.
She snorted ketamine off a guys erection & let a guy snort it off her “perfect body” at one point during the night.
She stated that guy number 1 was so intoxicated at the 1st threesome of the night, that he passed out & couldn’t keep it up. So she continued with the other guy instead, but he was so intoxicated that he started dry heaving & she “patted his back”. So they were obviously more intoxicated than her at that point.
When guy number 7 started to kiss her later in the night, she “backed away” & he left her alone. He didn’t force her further into anything.
One guy reached for her vagina, & she “swatted his hand away” & told him “I’m tired” (clarified in statement) & he never had sex with her according to her 1st statement.
When another guy suggested a foursome, according to her own statement she said “”hell no” because that would include anal”.
When they made suggestions she didn’t like they listened to her. No one forced her to have sex.
When several other guys came into the room, she ran to the other bed & got under the covers “because she was “horrified” & “embarrassed they saw her naked”.
She said she never passed out, lost consciousness, or fell asleep till 5:45 when she told the guys she was tired & needed to sleep, & only two guys were with her at that time. She stated that sexual activity stopped at that time. She slept till 10:00am & then one of the guys drove her home.
Later that day she learned it was getting around campus & she was “embarrassed” about that. She told her roommate that if anyone asked about it, “tell them nothing happened”.
Even if you want to say she lied on her first statement, her text messages reported on by several major news outlets, prove that it was not r&pe & was consensual & legal.
She continued a relationship with guy number one for several weeks after the frat house party. In her text to him she wanted to meet up with him again, smoke & have sex, but without the “key and 5 billion” other guys. As news spread about the orgy, she claimed they did “nothing illegal” and “everyone is just jealous”, even saying she loved him (I luv you king). She defended her right to be sexually diverse in her text messages, & said that all the people talking about it were immature, & that she was very sexually liberal & “sexually adventurous”.
Later in her text to him, she said she was so “embarrassed” that everyone knew & it was “ruining her life”.
11 days after the frat house party, she was asking to go to the same house for a Halloween party, but then the president decided that she shouldn’t come “for her own good” because of the rumors that had already spread, & then she got angry in her text messages to 3 of the guys she continued texting with.
7 days later, Nov 7, she & guy number 1 broke up.
That same day she went & had a SA kit done at the hospital.
She reported the incident to CUPD on Nov 8.
Nov 14-15 she recorded formal interview with CUPD investigator, Cornell Title IX investigator, & a victim advocate.
Why would a r&pe victim, get so mad she was uninvited to go to the same fraternity house that supposedly gang r&ped her?
With all of the same guys present?
Why would she WANT to go back?
