Three years ago, Prop Firm Match launched. Two traders saw a gap in the market for a platform providing simplicity and transparency for prop firm traders. We developed new features not seen before: verified reviews, payout tracking across all payment methods, live spreads, rule overviews, simple ways to compare prop firms, and prop firm expos. Three years in, PFM has had over 25M website visits, reached over 370,000 members, and has given out free challenge accounts worth over $1,400,000 to the PFM community. Over 100 firms apply to be listed each year and go through one of the industry’s most rigorous compliance processes. We also got something wrong. Until yesterday, when someone clicked on a firm or a code on our site, a new tab would open the firm’s site through our affiliate link. This should not have happened. We take full responsibility for it. We have reached out to each of our partners to review this together and reconcile any inaccuracies. We respect any decisions firms have made based on this. We truly appreciate the partners and traders who value the relationship we have built together over the years. We promise you that we will learn from this, hold ourselves to the highest standard, and come back stronger and better.

We’ve decided to part ways with @PropFirmMatch. After looking closely at how referrals to our site were being generated, we found they broke our affiliate terms, so we’re stepping away. This also means @PropFirmMatch will no longer sponsor the Premier Trading League @JoinPTL. It’s a shame the relationship had to end this way. The affiliate space needs leaders to keep it fair for traders. We’ll be looking closely at all of our affiliates going forward.

Many people assume that a firm is trustworthy simply because it is listed on PFM, often overlooking the importance of reviewing feedback. When dubious firms are allowed to remain on the platform, it creates the false impression that they are endorsed, leading individuals to invest in them based on this misconception. The challenge is that PFM tends to be reactive rather than proactive. Addressing a firm only after it goes bankrupt and removing it afterward shows a lack of diligence in monitoring these businesses. I would prefer to see PFM recognized as a benchmark of quality, rather than just another impartial review site like Trustpilot. There must be a proactive examination of firms, including their reviews and practices, to ensure fair treatment and hold unethical firms accountable. Remaining neutral is ineffective if it allows harmful practices to continue. Labeling these concerns as “drama” suggests that all firms are faultless and shifts responsibility entirely onto clients. #propfirmmedia📈

All discount codes associated with and linked to Prop Firm Match will be deactivated and removed. This decision reflects our commitment to protecting the integrity of our affiliate programme and ensuring that all partnerships align with our standards and expectations.

But now your own affiliate practices are facing serious questions. The irony is unbelievable. A platform that evaluates firms should be prepared to have its own practices evaluated. Blue Guardian has ended its relationship with Prop Firm Match, effective immediately. All associated affiliate links and tracking codes have been deactivated. Our affiliate relationships must reflect the standards we expect across our business: transparency, accurate representation, and responsible marketing. We expect every partner to uphold these principles and support traders in making informed decisions. Where a partnership no longer aligns with those expectations, we will take appropriate action. Our focus remains on serving our trading community, maintaining trust, and protecting the integrity of the Blue Guardian affiliate programme.

Effective immediately @PropFirmMatch affiliate partnership is terminated. All their commissions for the month are forfeited, and financial claims are going to be pursued. We have caught the cookies practices in August, took actions on it and Our rank dropped from Nr. 1 best seller to Nr.10. Plus being told that traders picking us over other firms costs them money, which I understand since their commission is same as any other affiliate. Since the beginning we have supported them, tech, expertise and features, yet that business grew into something I personally don’t believe in. Adios 👊🏽
