‼️‼️URGENT BERLIN: Looking for a potential blood donor for Taibo! Our beloved 4-year-old Akita Inu, Taibo, may soon need a transfusion. 🩸 He has critically low platelets & hemoglobin. 🩸 If levels drop further, a transfusion will be vital to stabilize him. We’re searching for a healthy dog that fits: ✔️ Large breed (20–30kg+) ✔️ Age 1.5–6 yrs ✔️ Vaccinated & parasite-free ✔️ Calm temperament ✔️ Never received a transfusion The procedure is safe, quick (10–15 min), done under vet supervision. 💰 We offer financial compensation for your time & help. If your dog could be a potential donor for Taibo, or you know someone who can help, please DM me ASAP. Every bit of support is priceless! ❤️🐾

This is what good (healthy) sleep looks like. Those light blue blocks are vital portions of REM (Rapid Eye Movement) - these are critical for motor function improvement. In others words, you can buff your aim, by practicing & sleeping correctly.

7 facts about Sleep & Gaming 💤 1️⃣ 7 hours+ of Sleep is vital for gaming. Tons of literature showing how BASIC cognitive task suffer from just 1 missed cycle of REM sleep. 2️⃣ Caffeine past noon will likely affect your sleep negatively, due to its long half-life. This depends how fast you as an individual metabolize caffeine. 3️⃣ Sleep can dictate your ability to focus to a degree that impedes your reflexes, and decision making and hurt your rank, or aspirations as a player. 4️⃣ Sleep deprivation isn’t something you can self identify accurately. Just cause you feel fine doesn’t mean you necessarily are at optimal cognitive functioning. 5️⃣ Yes you can be a great player with poor rest, but that player can always be better with higher quality sleep. 6️⃣ There is plenty of ways to help you fall asleep. - Warm Baths, to drop your temperature (1 degree temp drop is a requirement before you can fall asleep) - Cutting blue light to increase melatonin production - Supplements with a great safety profile such as magnesium Theronate and Glycinate. 7️⃣ Sleep makes improvement possible. The bulk of learning actually happens during sleep there is no getting around this.

I really want what is best for gaming. The player pipeline into esports, competitive integrity, and even the general culture has so much to offer. I really want to improve, and make a difference in all 3.

Competitive video games are just worse nowadays than they were 5 years ago and imo, it’s because of western culture. Everyone’s obsessed with being non-chalant. It’s cringe to try. It’s corny to care. It’s cool to throw while rage-bait LARPing about how rich you are.

You choose not train You choose to stay up late You choose to eat poorly You choose to not Vod review Yet you expect to improve. Being strict is tough, but what you avoid cause of difficulty, will only reproduce itself as frustration through your poor gameplay. Choose well.

I believe in your ability to go pro or to make successful and well appreciated content. When I say this, I am not referring to your talents, I don’t know you. Rather I believe in your ability to be able to work hard in doing so. We are all capable. You choose to do so or not.

Instead of thinking of yourself as untalented and skills as something to obtain, realize that every skill you have needs to be developed incrementally, rather than acquired like some item. Manage these expectations, and they’ll make your improvement much more enjoyable.

pre-franchising had multi-million and billion dollar corporations sponsoring and advertising through esport orgs that the red line on the balance sheet wasn't even noticeable to them so they were able to pay bums like me 3k-5k a month and that was on the low end. one reason they could do that was because every org had a chance to beat any org - half the orgs in franchising right now would lose groups to andbox, piooners, immortals, etc. and that'd be a really big deal for those orgs. cinderella stories but the bigger reason is they didn't have to work with and deal with riot and could advertise and sponsor how they wanted. putting it all through a close pipeline makes it more costly and restricted on something they were already losing money on, so why bother? just my 2c from my past experiences, sad state it's in. glad all my old teammates are made it through and are doing so well though :D
