During Special Campaign 6.0, OE&PGE Division undertook cleanliness drive in the office premises and Pravasi Bhartiya Sahayata Kendra (PBSK).
During Vigilance Awareness Week 2026, OE&PGE Division, MEA organised workshop for employees and other stakeholders on policies and procedures and on Preventive Vigilance. The workshop emphasised importance of proactive vigilance, transparency and accountability in public service.
On the commencement of Vigilance Awareness Week 2026, observed under the theme “Probity for Prosperity,” the OE&PGE Division of MEA took the pledge of Integrity.
JS (OE) & PGE chaired the 24th Open House session. It was attended by PoEs and Recruiting Agents. Issues were reviewed. The date of the 25th Open House session would be announced in due course.

JS (OE) & PGE chaired the 23rd Open House session. Issues were deliberated with the registered Recruiting Agents, POEs and officials of the Division. Most of the issues were resolved during the session. The date of the 24th Open House session would be announced in due course.
Registered Recruiting Agents for overseas recruitment are only those agencies which are registered as per the Emigration Act, 1983.

It has come to the notice of the Ministry that certain individuals on social media platforms are making posts suggesting that they are advising MEA on policy related matters including on trade, migration and other issues. Further, these handles are also offering paid advice/sessions on how to work with MEA. These individuals have no connection to the Ministry and the Ministry urges all to be careful against such fraudulent posts on social media platforms.
