We've just shipped two updates that give your organization more control over access, with a lot less manual work.
SCIM for groups: your identity provider can now sync entire groups into Proton Pass and VPN, not just individual users.

Admin roles: access was binary, admin or user.
Now you can assign roles to individuals or groups: Organization Admin (full control), User Admin (manages users), Security Admin (security settings and logs), or User. Available on all Professional plans and Workspace bundles.

Sync your groups from your identity provider, then define what each person can actually do based on their role.
SCIM for groups is available on Pass Professional, VPN Professional, and the VPN+Pass bundle.
