You are not obligated to give grace to ppl who purposely disrupted your world. Some ppl went out of their way to ruin your relationships, fuck up your stability, tried to make you homeless, made sure you had nobody to call for help, lied on you to everybody who would listen and tried to line you up and ONLY want to be a part of your life again bc you did not die. The things they intended for you- you were NEVER supposed to recover from and not only did you recover, you rebirthed yourself better than before and only want a way back in to control the trajectory of your NEW reality.
