I like to play hockey with my frens. Most of my playing time is with veteran/Warrior Hockey teams. It is good for myself and them. This does not make me a "sportsball addict". Sports can bring out great things in people and can also become an negative obsession. We are the former.
I know what time it is and prepare accordingly. This hobby keeps me in shape and connected with like minded people.
My main goal here is to cheer on my frens, help them when in need and to learn from people smarter than I.
K. THX. BYE.
Got my annual blood work done. I regret to inform you I am in pretty good health and got all ‘green’ numbers for the first time in many years. Even my sodium, which is usually low.
I’ll be making slightly above average replies into the foreseeable future.
Dudes. Don’t keep score when it comes to dating. Be a good man. Do that and the rest works out. Ask me how.
Okay everyone, circle up. A lot of heavy stuff going on rn. The news is scary. A lot of big names out there want you to be ready for violence. Yea, that time might come and you should train for it. You should NOT yearn for it though.
Life is pretty good, right? You probably ate today. You’re going to sleep in a climate controlled space. You might even have a person you love to share a bed with.
God is always in control. So do not be afraid. Go forth and shine.
I’m so very tired, in every way. Yet, content. Because, this. Good night.
If you ever wonder why you should stay on this part of X, this is why. Always cheer the homies when they stack W’s.
Day 5: Do not be afraid. A lot going on right now. Remember that God is in control. Play the game as it comes to you, one shot at a time.
Philippians 4:6 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Day 4: Do not let one 'loss' ruin the rest of your day. Be it a miss on your workout or eating plan, a bad moment at work, a disagreement, whatever. Avoid saying "screw it" and turning a bad moment into a bad day.
This applies to me today. My morning sucked, missed my main workout (still stretched) because I had to be everything to everyone at work. It happens. I'm the old who knows everything. Attending a favorite event of mine tonight and today will not ruin that.

Home. School. Your. Kids. YOU can do it. You know them better than anyone. Get thousands of more hours with them. Ask me how we did/do it.

My first thought - this is the type of talk that got Charlie killed. It only takes one in the group to obsess, plan, and eventually carry out.
My second thought - it starts with leaders like Randi Weingarten, then filters to educators who teach it to their students. Maybe not directly, but certainly in the curriculum and how it’s presented.
It’s more than sick, it’s demonic.
Day 3: I'm grateful for the amazing machine that is the human body and it's incredible design. Even though as I level up it needs more maintenance.
Related: Do something to maintain your body today. It is a temple of the Lord, after all. On that note, full body circuit, GO!
Day 2: I'm grateful for my wife. The decisions to elope in lieu of a big wedding and home schooling our children are paying dividends today. These dividends are more than simple finances.
Also. Get up and move yourself. I stretched and am hitting the treadmill now.
Day 1: Allow yourself some grace. Analyze your errors, adjust then move on. Do not spiral into regret.
Move yourself for 20 minutes. I did a 25 min full body routine and my normal stretching plan. 55 minutes total.
Mrs. is starting a 7 days of gratitude event on her IG. Imma share some of it here. Doomers and black pill enjoyers, beware.
