People in the comments calling anyone who criticizes Randy racist either: 1)know nothing about Randy other than that he throws balls to fans a lot 2) have a moral superiority complex I’ve dealt with people calling me racist for criticizing players like Bazardo, Julio, Randy all year, but when I criticized Refsnyder, Garver, or Kirby, none of these people show up in my mentions. Every time we play Arizona, I think back to the Cougs winning 69-7 in 2016. A Coug record performance in the PAC-12 and maybe my personal favorite game ever. (Whenever people ask how Mike Leach and I got to be such close friends - it was really all the events around this. Shout out to Jack Thompson, Joe Salavea, Gabe Marks and a very special Samoan mother who gave me the war club that hangs on my office wall in honor of the degree her son was -eventually- allowed to receive). 🇺🇸

A decades-long tradition gets a new fan component in 2026. Before the Huskies make their way from the locker room to the tunnel - and then the field - fans will be invited to participate in a custom rendition of the “Say Who, Say What” chant. Led by the on-field emcee, UW Spirit and the Husky Marching Band, fans will help call the Dawgs out for the team entrance. Arrive early and get loud!
