There is no safe haven in crypto. Nothing makes gains, if someone tells you otherwise, they‘re promoting rugpulls on Solana or Robinhood Chain.
At least PulseChain HAD already its worst black swan event. There‘s only infinite upside from here. One single positive news could catapult the prices due to extremely low liquidity to gains that most alts could never dream of, not even in the midst of a bull run.
This is the BRUTAL truth.
PulseChain can make more gains than most alts, and still has the most likelihood of recovering because it has the most active and cult like community. Most other top alts that are down up to -99% might not have that confidence.

Apparently Turkey has some very new tax laws that are highly favorable to crypto investors (0% on long term foreign gains for 20 yrs)
Richard heart may have had strong financial and legal motivation to become a Turkish citizen
That would explain things like “his wife” or the name Deniz Kaya appearing in his Turkish fireowners ID card (meaningful evidence of Turkish citizenship)
We are only speculating for now, it seems likely RH and his lawyers have a plan of some sort
