I have some good news and bad news- Good news is that I'll be going to a doctor in a couple weeks for a screening concerning my mental health and see what diagnosis I will get and what happens from then forwards. Bad news, due to the recent episodes I've had I will not (1/3)

I have spent my whole life undiagnosed because my parents never believed anything was wrong with me, and I feel the concequences of the abuse, trauma and neglect I have experienced in my life is finally starting to catch up- I'll be alright though, I'll be getting the help I need
