It will never not boggle my mind that this is a real video of Jeffries using George Wallace’s “segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever” quote positively and in relation to his support for Israel

AOC: A note for Gen Z. If you want to understand millennial cringe, what you all call millennial cringe, this earnestness, imagine all the seats we flipped last night. That feeling, plus, on top of it, electing the first Black president ever. And on top of that, you did it the first time you ever voted. That hits generationally. You’ve been chasing that feeling ever since.
And because you did it the first time you ever voted, you’re like, ‘Yeah, we can change the world. Why not? We did it the first time. Let’s just do it again.’

— Enduring the most disgusting onslaught of racist and Islamophobic attacks in modern political history
— An unprecedented onslaught of negative ads from outside groups dating back to the primary
— His primary opponent (who nearly defeated him) endorsing his general election opponent days before the primary

Winning Michigan by seven is just a lot less impressive than winning NC by 20 or Ohio or Kansas (!) by 5 or Iowa and South Carolina by 4 or Texas (!) by 12 and you should not trust people who can’t acknowledge the plain truth about this.
He does look good compared to Flanagan!

In a normal environment, Susan Collins, Mike Rogers, and Michele Tafoya win.
They all ran great campaigns.
