Aston Villa will initiate legal action against Jamie Carragher for his unacceptable insults about the Club and its fans.
Aston Villa will not allow anyone to stop our ascension in English and European football.

Eddie Howe knew we’d struggle and walked, people seem to forget this. He’s to blame for the state of the squad
#NUFC's problems aren't on Jaissle. He has inherited a poor squad assembed for a previous manager. I don't think we get any better without giving him support in the transfer market to achieve his vision. It would take a catastrophic run of results for me to think any different.
I feel like most people don’t understand what “giving a manager time” means. You can’t expect him to win every game. We’re sat 8th in the league, getting mid table won’t be that bad this year even though 80% of our fanbase wouldn’t accept because of their unrealistic expectations

I've been a critic of Jaissle, seemingly naive tactics and a wide open system. But the system worked v Everton. It saw NUFC create.
That result was on a group of players who were incapable of doing the basics. Crap in both boxes.
This was not on Matthias Jaissle or the system. It was on the individuals and their mistakes.
⚫️ NUFC in trouble if this continues
⚫️ Transfer FLOPS & flawed policy
⚫️ Dedic woeful, 'nothing' Ramsey, Wissa 'waste of money'

Don’t accept that this is all on Jaissle either. Bloke took us on in a stinking position, and is ready for the fight. Yes he will make mistakes, but he’s young.
The real mistakes happened before he walked through the door. Losing Tonali, Bruno, Gordon, and Trippier..
We have issues but I'm gonna stop getting on Jaissle's back, he was man enough to take this mess on when Howe walked, this squad is worse than the one we had before the takeover 5 years ago, so many absymal footballers, £100m's wasted on absolute shite, Pep couldn't get a tune out of this rabble

Just going to say that you need to stick with Jaissle.
There is no way we should lose that game yet we have, so people call for him to leave.
He can't account for Dedic's terrible error or Barnes not being award a blatan penalty.
The manager is there to create a system that gets you into the final third and one that limits opportunities in your own final third. That bit definitely needs working on, but even then, we didn't concede too many chances.
And Newcastle had more than enough to win the game.
Ultimately, this year is going to be rough, but you have to stick with the manager because that patience will be rewarded. #NUFC

People slating the manager for one of our best performances of the season In possession. How is he to blame?
All 3 goals came from the defence being shit. That’s on the players.
Jaissle deserves better, the players should be fined a weeks wages for that tonight.
Spineless.
Matthias Jaissle furious in his post-match press conference.
"It's shocking and it's frustrating as well, and therefore I probably need to scream more.
"You need to avoid these mistakes, be more mature, more clinical in these situations, just clearance, a pure clearance.
"This is a learning process, but you don't get the time, and we need to learn fast, especially with these young lads." #NUFC

More than half of the Stadium of Light sat empty for Sunderland's Carabao Cup tie against Brentford 😬

Seen a lot said about Man City's empty seats tonight, but I haven't seen many people mention this embarrassing turnout from Sunderland fans at the Stadium of Light...
I get that things have been going badly for them lately, but that is atrocious...
