🚨Camavinga reveal what kylian Mbappe told him after the 2-1 victory over Barcelona. Reporter🗣️: We saw you after full time with Kylian Mbappe, Do you mind telling us what he told after the game. Camavinga🗣️: After the final whistle I think I was the first person he run to, hug me then then he said, I’m giving every possible credit to you for being the main character of this victory tonight Cama.” “he added that how do I even make that run to assist him in that position because it looks impossible to get to that position as defensive midfielder in the die minute.” “I just smiled and tell him that’s why we’re a team and we make decisions and take risk to get a better result in games, before I was to come IN I saw that everyone has tired legs and don’t press with the ball, Infact both teams wanted the game over with that draw but I had different intentions towards the game.” I tell my self I will press and make runs in the middle of the pitch since they’re tired and you can see how poorly Pau Curbasi came in there before I deliver the ball to Kylian Mbappe.” “It always feels special winning an El Classico especially away from home, Registering an assist as well to help secure the victory in the die minutes of the game feels more better than anything.”

🚨 Trey Nyoni on what Andoni Iraola told him before coming on against Brighton: 🎙️ Interviewer: “Trey, you came on for Wirtz after his ankle twist, and your first touch was that crucial clearance inside the box. What did Iraola tell you before you stepped onto the pitch? Trey Nyoni: “He looked me in the eyes and said, ‘Trey, don’t come on here to admire the game. Come on and change it. Be brave, win your battles, and if you have to put your body on the line, do it for the team.’ “Honestly, those words stayed in my head. Florian had to come off, and nobody wanted to see him injured, but I knew I had a job to do. My first touch came in a dangerous moment, and I just thought, ‘Get it out. Protect the goal.’ “After that, I wanted every tackle, every challenge, every second to count. When you’re young, people talk about your potential. But potential means nothing if you can’t be trusted when the pressure is on” “He didn’t send me on to look like a young talent. He sent me on because he trusted me to help Liverpool win. That means everything to me” “And when the final whistle went at 2–0, I was proud. Not because I scored or got the headlines, but because I helped my teammates protect that clean sheet. That’s what playing for this club means.” Interviewer: “Does this show that Iraola is willing to trust Liverpool’s youngsters in the biggest moments? Nyoni: “If you work hard and you’re ready, I don’t think he cares how old you are. He’ll put you in. Then it’s up to you to prove him right”

🚨🗣️ JUDE BELLINGHAM REVEALS WHAT HE TOLD KYLIAN MBAPPÉ AFTER HE SCORED: “CONGRATULATIONS ON WINNING THE BALLON D’OR!” “After he scored, I went over to him and congratulated him. I told him, ‘Congratulations on winning the Ballon d’Or, because with the level you’re showing, you deserve all the recognition coming your way.’ “People sometimes forget how much pressure comes with playing for Real Madrid. Every game, everyone expects something special from you, and when you're a player like Kylian, those expectations are even higher. “But what makes him different is his mentality. He keeps working, keeps scoring and continues to show why he's one of the most dangerous players in world football. “I'm happy to play alongside him. We all know what he can do, and having a player like that in your team makes a huge difference. I hope we can win many trophies together because that's what matters most at Real Madrid.” 🤍 When you play alongside greatness, you recognise it.

🎙️ Interviewer: “Alexander, you and Barcola seem to have developed a frightening connection. How would you describe your relationship with him?” 🎙️ Alexander Isak: “Honestly, I think Bradley is one of the most unbelievable footballers I have ever played with. And I’m not even exaggerating. Sometimes I make a run and I haven’t even looked at him, but the ball is already there. I genuinely don’t know how he does it. People talk about pace, dribbling, finishing, but with Bradley, it’s everything together. He can beat two players, attract three defenders, and still make the perfect decision. You think you’ve seen everything he can do, then the next training session he does something that makes you question whether the rest of us are actually professional footballers. “Playing with him makes my job ridiculously easy. I could be having the worst game of my life, touching the ball like I’ve never played football before, and Bradley will still find a way to put me through on goal. “Sometimes I tell him to slow down because I’m still trying to understand what he just did. He’ll dribble past someone, look up, and play a pass that I swear nobody else on the pitch even imagined. “And the funny thing is, he’s not satisfied. You score one goal, he wants another. You win one game, he’s already thinking about the next one. That mentality is what separates him. “Honestly, if Bradley Barcola told me to make a run through a brick wall, I would probably ask him which side he wants me to come from. I trust that man with my career. “People ask me what makes our partnership work. It’s simple. I make the runs, he finds me, and the defenders spend 90 minutes wondering why they chose football as a profession. “I hope we play together for many years because, with all due respect to every other winger in world football, I don’t think people fully understand what I have beside me. “Give him space and he destroys you. Give him no space and he creates some. Double-mark him and someone else is free. Triple-mark him and I’m probably celebrating. “Bradley Barcola is not just my teammate. He is a cheat code, a personal blessing, and possibly the reason some defenders are considering early retirement.”

This is what I mean when I say Liverpool play better with Trey Nyoni on the pitch. Combination play (pass-dribble) is not just about exchanging a 1-2. It takes two highly technical players who can read the game, anticipate the next move before receiving the ball, and execute passes through opponents without giving away their intentions. Look at how Macca and Trey combine in midfield. Four Brighton players are taken out with one move, and suddenly our No. 10 can receive the ball with space to create, rather than a crowd of bodies around him. THIS IS WHY WIRTZ PLAYS BETTER TOO WITHOUT HIM BTW. It reminds me of Xavi and Iniesta. The awareness, the timing, the weight of the pass and the understanding between them. This is what I believe we miss when Szoboszlai partners Macca in midfield. Dom has his strengths, but this particular type of combination play comes more naturally to Trey and Macca. Saying we play better with Trey isn’t disrespecting Dom. It’s a football observation.

What kind of tactics are these? I get pissed off every time I see them hoof the ball up the pitch like this.

Those saying that Xabi Alonso has no playing style need to relax. Did Maresca fully implement his philosophy at Chelsea in his first few games? No. It took time for his ideas to take shape. So why expect Alonso to transform this team overnight? If you followed him at Leverkusen and Real Madrid, you know he has a clear football philosophy. The issue isn’t a lack of identity; he’s still implementing his ideas. Players need time to understand the system, build chemistry and execute his instructions consistently.

🚨🎙️ FLORIAN WIRTZ’S POST-MATCH INTERVIEW AFTER LIVERPOOL’S 2-0 WIN OVER BRIGHTON. 🎙️ Interviewer: Florian, a 2-0 win at Anfield. How pleased are you with the team's performance today? 🗣️ Wirtz: “We had the right mentality today to go into this game. In the first half, especially the first 30 minutes, we were on top of them, really good in the duels and creating a lot of chances. It's good to end the half like that, and we defended well. I'm really happy about that.” 🎙️ Interviewer: Things have been difficult recently, but does it feel like Liverpool are finally moving in the right direction? 🗣️ Wirtz: “It's really enjoyable. I think many things weren't so good in the last month, so I'm even happier that it's going well at the moment. We are well on the way to where we want to be. We should keep going like that, and I'm happy about that.” 🎙️ Interviewer: You had to come off after taking a knock to your ankle. How serious is the injury? 🗣️ Wirtz: “I think it should be alright. It's not too bad. I don't know much yet; we have to check it, but it won't be long.”
