The Government Media Office in Gaza:
"We extend our deepest condolences and sympathy to journalist Wael Al-Dahdouh for the martyrdom of his wife, son, and daughter.
The Israeli occupation’s crime against the family of journalist Wael Al-Dahdouh is an episode of the Holocaust being practiced against the people of Gaza.
We appreciate the efforts of journalists and colleague Al-Dahdouh in reporting the crimes of the Israeli occupation."
We will be posting any statements or updates from the Israeli Defense Force on this matter, as soon as they are made.

🚨WATCH: Al Jazeera's journalist, Wael Al-Dahdouh, speaks for the first time after finding out his wife, son and daughter just died:
“We had our doubts that the Israeli occupation would not let these people go without punishing them. And sadly that is what happened. This is the ‘safe’ area that the occupation army spoke of.”
Some members of Wael’s family, including a toddler granddaughter, survived the airstrike.
Details are still coming in, and rescue operations ongoing to try to rescue any survivors from the rubble.
