Guggenheim reiterated $ORKA Buy-$200 after the Co. announced 16-week interim data from the Ph IIb EVERLAST-B study (n = 187) of ORKA-001 (ultra-long-acting anti-IL-23p19 mAb) in psoriasis (PSO).
UCBJY $ABBV PTGX $JNJ APGE SYRE ABVX NVS LLY BMY TAK
Guggenheim said in its note: In short, ORKA-001 (600mg dose) achieved 61% PASI-100 (28 of 46 patients), in line with our upside scenario of ~55-60%, replicating the ~63% PASI-100 seen in EVERLAST-A. There was also a clear dose response, with the highest dose delivering the best efficacy on the most stringent endpoint.
Across two independent studies, ORKA-001 has shown a ~15-20 percentage point PASI-100 improvement over Skyrizi (~43.5% PASI-100 in its pivotal program; range 36-51%), which should position ORKA-001 as the best-in-class IL-23 inhibitor once approved.
We view the EVERLAST-B interim results as a positive signal for the 52-week EVERLAST-A data in December, which is testing Q12M dosing feasibility and remains the key investor focus.
For context, 70-80% of patients who achieve PASI-100 on Skyrizi and/or Tremfya maintain that response. A similar maintenance rate on ORKA-001 would support annual dosing in most patients, with Q6M as an option for the rest.
From a reimbursement perspective, ORKA's goal is to secure both dosing intervals on the label.
We model ~$7B in peak global sales for ORKA-001.
Reiterate BUY; PT remains $200.
Piper Sandler reiterated $ORKA Overweight-$180 and said -- A Rising Tide of Catalysts Across ORKA-001 & ORKA-002 in 4Q26/1H27
$UCBJY APGE $ABBV SYRE PTGX JNJ NVS LLY BMY TAK
Piper Sandler added—ORKA is up~290% in the last 12-months (vs ~47% XBI) which is driven by their catalyst-packed pipeline with assets that appear highly de-risked for success.
Accordingly, we highlight ORKA-001's (anti-IL-23p19) Ph2a EVERLAST-A 52-week data upcoming in December, where we have high PoS for ORKA to achieve its bar of ~50% maintenance of PASI-100 for patients in the off-treatment arm which would support annual dosing in some patients with a 6-month maintenance option.
Additionally, recognize ORKA-001's Ph2b EVERLAST-B 16-week data in 4Q26 is expected to de-risk dosing for the Ph3 design which is anticipated to kick-off in 1H27.
Further, ORKA-002's (anti-IL-17A/F) Ph2 ORCA SURGE has topline data in 1Q27 where the bogey is to demonstrate BIMZELX-like efficacy but with more convenient Q6M maintenance dosing.
Taken together, we believe now is the time to own ORKA ahead of multiple de-risked catalysts upcoming with high PoS.
Yorkville Ives reiterated $SPCX Outperform-$225
$TSLA $GOOGL AMZN ASTS BA LMT RCKT FLY
Yorkville Ives said in its note:
SpaceX closed $40 billion of debt financing for GPUs on Sunday, and in our view the terms it got say more about where the Al infrastructure race is heading than the headline number does.
The financing is callable debt through a special purpose vehicle that keeps it off the balance sheet and protects the investment-grade rating, the chips arrive in the first half of 2027, and it sits on top of a fourth-quarter capex guide of $35 to $40 billion against $19.6 billion in 3Q.
Musk's framing was blunt: debt markets have "almost entirely shut off" for companies without substantial revenue independent of Al data centers, and more than 200 neoclouds face consolidation or failure.
SpaceX gets the money because Starlink and launch throw off cash that has nothing to do with Al, the same reason the hyperscalers can keep spending while single-purpose compute renters are repriced.
We disagree with the broad version of that call: compute demand still exceeds supply, and neoclouds with contracted capacity and funded balance sheets will keep filling the gap the hyperscalers cannot.
But there will be losers, and they will be the ones that built on debt against uncontracted demand.
SpaceX is making itself one of the handful of balance sheets that can fund gigawatts.
The Superintelligence segment did $7.6 billion of revenue in 3Q at a 66% EBITDA margin, nameplate compute was 1.7 GW heading to more than 2 GW by year-end and roughly 10 GW by the end of 2027, and the contracted base includes Anthropic at $1.25 billion a month, Google at $920 million a month, and a fourth hosting agreement at about $13 billion a year from December.
The $40 billion funds the capacity those contracts need, and what separates SpaceX from a neocloud is the stack around the GPUs: its own silicon from the Austin fab, Starship, Starlink, and its own frontier models as captive demand. We believe this is the right strategic move for SpaceX to further build out its hyperscaler footprint in this Al Arms Race that is now in full motion.
The Tesla piece is where the strategy gets explicit.
On the 3Q calls Musk said both companies have formed special committees of independent directors, that he is recused, that terms have not been agreed, and that Tesla would need approval from 50% of all shares outstanding, which he called a high hurdle. He was equally clear that he thinks a combination is a good idea, citing Sl software, chip design, Terafab, robotics, mass to orbit, and connectivity, and Tesla already holds a $2 billion SpaceX stake.
We put the odds of a merger by the end of 2027 at 80% to 90%, and we think the price that gets it through is above $500 a share for Tesla.
The hurdle is a Tesla shareholder base that owns the stock for autonomy and Optimus and will not vote for an exchange ratio that values those businesses at today's price.
Our $500 target values the vehicle fleet at about $165 and autonomy and Optimus at about $335, and a deal below that asks Tesla holders to hand the optionality to SpaceX at a discount.
Above it, the combination gives Tesla's autonomy and robotics stack the compute, silicon, and capital it would otherwise have to buy, and we expect the committees to converge there.
Bernstein Societe Generale⬆️ $SPCX's PT to $268 from $248, reiterated Outperform and said -- We raise our SpaceX outlook primarily on terrestrial Al build plans.
$TSLA $AMZN ASTS LMT BA RKCT FLY
Bernstein Societe Generale added—We believe the case for a multi-trillion dollar valuation rests on success of orbital data centers. But, the company's outlook for terrestrial Al is a material add to the overall revenue path. The Enterprise & Government Connectivity subsegment also appears to be outperforming.
SpaceX now projects $500bn to $1tn in revenues exiting 2027. Our estimate is well below, with full 2028 at $424bn. But, that is an increase. And, as we have said, you do not need to go all the way to the company's plan to make SpaceX attractive. Elon talked of a possible Tesla merger and SpaceX is reportedly discussing a telco tower deal. We make no assumptions on either here.
We now assume a total of 13GW of terrestrial compute by the end of 2027 – 5GW above our prior estimate. Most importantly, the company stressed prices it is getting for compute capacity, suggesting that it is above the $30-50/watt level of recent deals. We have taken our pricing up, although not to that level. We we add capacity in 2028 up to 20GW. These additions come with capex, which we estimate at $35bn/GW.
If the company achieves its pricing expectations, there could be more upside, both for terrestrial and orbital.
SpaceX plans first orbital data center launches in late 2027, with operations beginning mid-2028.
Orbital data centers were not discussed on the call, Starship launches were.
Flight 15 should be within a few weeks, with a plan to capture both booster and Starship.
The company said the heat shield performed well on Flight 14, which could set up the first reuse of Starship on Flight 16.
Reusability is key to making orbital data centers successful.

Monness Crespi Hardt said in its initiation report:
Cheap at 13.2x our FY28E EPS: the -13% since 7/28 has moved essentially in step w/ rate markets turning to price hikes, the reset is largely hedged and, in our model, a one-quarter event, $14.62 discounts only ~3.3% perpetual growth, and ex the mark we are ~7% above the Street on FY27E-FY28E EPS.
Underneath, the product engine is accelerating: products +42% to 24.4m in 2Q26 (twice the member adds), 51% of new products opened by existing members (35% a year ago) and the Tech Platform +13% q/q after the Galileo client loss (with a call option on stablecoin bank tech adoption for settlement issuer processing embedded).
We treat the 10/27 mark (3Q26E EPS of $0.07 vs. $0.165 consensus) as a downside sensitivity and an event risk, not the organizing principle: a 10th-percentile mark costs ~$0.24 of one-time EPS and leaves $1.11 of FY28E EPS (18x = $20) intact for ~0.5pt of CET1 (~15% by 2H27E on our model), and 16.9% of float short suggests much of it is discounted.
We believe SOFI among the neos represents most compelling tuck in value for an incumbent bank or tech platform.
StoneX🏁 $SOFI and said -- We are initiating coverage of SoFi Technologies, Inc. (SOFI) with a Buy rating and a price target of $25.
$HOOD $AFRM PYPL UPST
StoneX added—SOFI's share price is down ~40% this year while its 2Q26 adjusted net revenue grew by more than 40% yoy.
A 40% price decline alone does not make a stock inexpensive, but such a drop paired with record operating progress and an underappreciated new business line does, in our view.
SOFI during 2Q26 added more members, more deposits, more products and more profit than in any prior quarter, but the market has marked the stock down as if all four were in retreat.
We believe the company's share price has lagged because its earnings didn't keep up with its revenue growth in 1H26, although heavy marketing investment was a significant factor.
SOFI's valuation is poised to expand as it converts top-line growth into profit, in our view.
SOFI is a nationally chartered bank with a structural funding advantage, a member flywheel that is accelerating, and the most advanced bank-issued stablecoin franchise in the U.S.
Guggenheim reiterated $CLYM Buy-$35 after the Co. presented updates on budoprutug (budo; anti-CD19) in PMN and two healthy-volunteer (HV) datasets for CLYM116 (anti APRIL sweeper mAb) at ASN Kidney week 2026.
$VERA $TVTX JBIO RHHBY BIIB VRTX
Guggenheim said -- Budoprutug: Peripheral B-cell depletion was deep and dose dependent (98% at 600 mg vs. 74% at 200 mg at Week 4), suggesting the Phase III dose will likely exceed 200 mg; we look forward to more mature data from all cohorts. In a largely treatment-experienced population, the 200 mg cohort showed ~70% anti-PLA2R reduction and 38% immunologic remission at Week 12, and budo was well tolerated at both doses.
CLYM116: Half-life was ~33 days in both studies, with no meaningful TMDD. The 480 mg and 800 mg cohorts sustained >90% free-APRIL suppression through Week 12 and lowered Gd-IgA1 (~67-71%), IgA (~60% at 800 mg vs. ~50% at 480 mg) and IgM. The China 800 mg cohort matches the NAVIGATE-2 loading dose, and modeling clearly supports an 800 mg loading dose followed by 400 mg Q12W. Safety was clean.
Overall, we view these updates as positive, with multiple key readouts for both assets expected in 2027.

Deutsche Bank added—CLYM116 (licensed from Mabworks) is a potential best-in-class APRIL inhibitor for IgA nephropathy (IgAN).
Budoprutug (via acquisition of Tenet) is a potential best-in-class, and in some cases, first-in-class, anti-CD19 therapy for several B cell-mediated disorders (pMN, ITP, SLE).
CLYM's current valuation provides an attractive entry point following a month-long pullback, which we believe was primarily caused by non-fundamentals pressuring the biotech sector.
We see compelling upside from CLYM116's opportunity in a large and growing IgAN market (primary driver of our valuation), with additional upside from budoprutug, whose value is not reflected in shares, in our view.
There are ample catalysts for both assets that could drive shares higher in the next 12 months.
At least four incremental updates are expected in 4Q26, starting with IgAN and PMN at ASN Kidney Week (October), followed by ITP at ASH (December) and SLE.
Ph2 IgAN data in 1H27 seeks to establish Q12W dosing for CLYM116 and will be a major catalyst for the stock.

JPMorgan said -- Coming out of our Boston meeting with mgmt (note), mgmt continued to sound very confident in the vopi+darax combo heading into ESMO (#3149P; online poster release Oct 23, 2am ET/8am CEST; see our preview).
As a result, we are placing TNGX on Positive Catalyst Watch.
See our key takeaways below:
• Messaging Continued to Appear Confident on ORR and Durability at ESMO:
Mgmt reiterated their confidence in the incoming data, and noted that investors will have great confidence in the combo as the next game changer in PDAC.
Their messaging, in our view, suggests that we are likely to see stability from the June n of 12 data cut assuming data remained "robust" and "would not materially change over time."
As a recap, TNGX is expected to present ~25 efficacy-evaluable PDAC pts for vopi+darax combo with a data cut close to the poster release on Friday of ESMO.
Mgmt also noted that there is expected to be no identifiable difference in the additional efficacy pts.
• Regulatory Discussions Underway:
On the regulatory front, TNGX is on track to provide an update on the ongoing regulatory discussions before YE.
Discussions with the US FDA have begun, and TNGX is also actively engaging with EU and JP regulators.
FDA discussion is the most advanced, and is expected to form the basis of the first update from TNGX.
The key and top priority remains the strategy in frontline, followed by the ongoing work in 2L/3L PDAC as the second priority.
• Some Color on DDI and PK:
Mgmt also discussed DDI, noting variability with the combo was in line with darax at the full dose (~45% coefficient of variation for AUC).
They reiterated the totality of safety, efficacy, and PK to- date supporting the combo's profile and we do not see this as a gating factor to teeing off the next set of studies.
ESMO will also include additional PK details (e.g., half-life and Cmax).

Canaccord Genuity said—For this, BHVN will receive $80mn in cash upfront, $20mn in milestones anticipated within a year after close, and ~20% royalties on eventual net sales in those regions.
Recall the company's MoDE (molecular degrader of extracellular proteins) IgG degraders include lead-candidate BHV-1300 (in Phase 3 for Graves' disease), and BHV-1310/1320 (both preclinical).
Specifically, on BHV-1300, we note key trial results remain some time away, but we could get new patient data from the ongoing Phase 1 trial at any time.
We recently highlighted the potential for BHVN's degrader platform (1300- and 1400-series) to capture investor attention quickly and drive longer-term value.
Along these lines, we are encouraged by Ono, a large Japanese biopharma, getting involved.
In tandem with the recent SK Biopharma agreement on opakalim for focal epilepsy, this development could help BHVN address near-term funding.
We are yet to see if the recent FDA clinical hold on opakalim impacts the SK transaction in any way, but we assume the issues can be overcome.
In any case, Phase 2/3 data for opakalim in focal epilepsy in 2H26 remain important.
Bigger picture though, we see both non-dilutive agreements as highly strategic when viewed in the framework of navigating a nearer-term battle on funding while gaining the ability to win the longer-term war on delivering shareholder value. Reiterate BUY.

In our view, the company offers a compelling investment opportunity underpinned by several key attributes:
(1) a de-risked lead asset (discussed in the following paragraph);
(2) an initial focus on niche markets, affording strategic flexibility and the potential to self-commercialize through small, targeted sales forces;
(3) meaningful upside potential from several additional early-stage pipeline assets; and
(4) external validation of the Helicon platform through the recently executed collaboration agreement with Regeneron.

JPMorgan added—Following the approval of Revtorpyk in 2L HR+/HER2- locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer without a PIK3CA mutation (wild-type), the near-term focus will be on launch metrics, with product launch expected in late 3Q26.
Accounting for near-term launch considerations, we expect 2026/2027 consensus estimates to moderate to a more reasonable level (we are more conservative than consensus currently), but believe this dynamic is already appreciated by the Street more broadly given the company's recent commentary.
Importantly, on peak sales in the 2L setting (including mutant patients) in the US alone, we are in line with consensus estimates in the 2031-2033 timeframe (consensus range ~$1.6-2B), supported by encouraging physician feedback.
Further, we see several long-term upside levers in the model, including Revtorpyk penetration / ramp in the 2L setting, potential in the front-line setting, and potential indication expansion (prostate cancer — which is not formally included in our model).

Baird added—We like Kardigan's three-asset precision-cardiology portfolio, anchored by danicamtiv's potential to improve heart function in familial/genetic DCM, where we believe the myosin activator mechanism is well-positioned for success (particularly in the sarcomeric core patients).
In addition to danicamtiv, ataciguat in CAVS and tonlamarsen in ASH offer additional higher-risk higher-reward shots-on-goal and with Phase 2 readouts across all three programs expected 1H27, we see multiple opportunities for clinical validation (all three of which target high-unmet-need indications) to drive share-price appreciation.
William Blair🏁 $KARD and said -- We are initiating coverage of Kardigan with an Outperform rating, and our DCF-based valuation is $38 per share.
$CYTK BMY EWTX $MLYS AZN TNYA RCKT ALNY TECX TENX
William Blair added—Kardigan is a clinical-stage cardiovascular company that applies precision medicine and Al-enabled cardiac data to develop first-in-class therapies for heart diseases with no approved treatments.
Its lead programs are danicamtiv (genetic DCM), ataciguat (moderate CAVS), and tonlamarsen (acute severe hypertension).
Many members from Kardigan are from Myokardia and have deep experience in precision cardiovascular and developed mavacamten and danicamtiv. Key risks are clinical and regulatory risks for lead products.
We would be buyers into 1H27 catalysts upside since at these stock levels our model suggests that even if one drug works there is meaningful upside.
During 2027, we will get Phase II readouts, which will significantly de-risk all three programs.
We believe that danicamtiv (dani) has a high probability of success around its Phase IIb readout in 1H27. Our 2036 unadjusted sales on danicamtiv are $3.4B. Our 2036 unadjusted sales total franchise sales are ~$7B. We probability adjusted our base case assuming 50%, 40%, and 35% to danicamtiv, ataciguat, and tonlamarsen, respectively.

Here's what Jefferies said in its note:
We caught up w/ mgmt and discussed w/ investors post-Ph3 (+)/ best-in-disease topline from bito, first disease-modifying drug.
We are increasingly bullish on Bito's commercial oppt'y w/~6-14K tangible pt pool for potential $1-2B opp'y.
We see high POS for pot'l approval by mid'27 after NDA resubmission by YE26.
Beyond Bito, IRON will provide data and reg updates for MF anemia program and longer data follow-up for PV program before YE26, likely at ASH'26.

BMO Capital⬆️ $IRON's PT to $120, reiterated Outperform and said -- The journey may not always have been smooth, but positive Ph 3 APOLLO results give Disc Medicine the green light for FDA resubmission and likely approval in FY27.
We see results as overwhelmingly positive and raise our risk-adjusted peak sales for bitopertin to $1.7B (prev. $1.2B), supporting our target price increase to $120/share (prev. $100/share).
Expect mid-FY27 commercial approval for bitopertin and an initial launch that converts HELIOS and EAP patients, providing above consensus revenue for the product (BMO FY27 estimate of $37M vs. $30M for consensus).
TD Cowen⬆️ $ROIV's PT to $62 from $55 and reiterated Buy after what they called spectacular Phase 3 data for brepocitinib in non-infectious uveitis (NIU).
$PFE $ABBV BMY LLY
TD Cowen said that after the unequivocally positive and potentially paradigm-shifting data, they raised their view of NIU odds of success to 100% and now model about $3B in global NIU sales and overall global brepocitinib sales of $6.1B by FY33.
Stifel🏁 $ROIV and said -- We are initiating coverage of ROIV with a Buy rating and $51 target price.
$IMVT $ABUS
Stifel added—Our positive thesis is predicated on our view that Roivant via its 'vant' subsidiaries represents a compelling multi-asset story with scarcity value within the specialty autoimmune and idiopathic lung disease markets.
With the recent approval of Lisraya (Brepocitinib) in dermatomyositis, positive Ph2 PH-ILD data for Mosliciguat, and busy catalyst path for IMVT-1402, we like the set-up over the next 12+ months.
While the stock has had quite a run over the last year, we think ROIV's core pipeline is unique in that it offers three uncorrelated shots on goal with Ph2+ assets where lead indications could drive blockbuster launches ahead of indication expansion optionality.
Altogether, we model ~$9B in ROIV ownership-adjusted sales in 2037.
H.C. Wainwright reiterated $EPRX at Buy-$11 after $AZN and $AMGN reported full results from the positive Phase 3 CROSSING trial of TEZSPIRE in EoE.
REGN - SNY PHAT TRAX BMY ABBV
H.C. Wainwright said -- While the results introduce another potentially effective biologic competitor into the EoE treatment landscape, we do not view the data as diminishing the opportunity for EPRX's EP-104GI.
In fact, we believe the magnitude of TEZSPIRE's histologic benefit relative to its more modest placebo-adjusted symptom improvement reinforces the opportunity for differentiated therapies that can deliver durable improvements in both symptoms and tissue health.
We continue to view EP-104GI's potential to provide sustained efficacy following a single administration as an attractive differentiator versus biologics requiring chronic treatment.
With the placebo-controlled Phase 2b RESOLVE interim analysis expected in December, we believe EPRX offers a favorable risk-reward ahead of a meaningful catalyst.
Oppenheimer reiterated $EPRX Outperform-$17
AMGN - $AZN $REGN - SNY PHAT TRAX BMY ABBV
Oppenheimer said -- Detailed Ph3 CROSSING results meaningfully reduce the perceived competitive threat from biologics in EoE and increase our confidence in EP-104Gl ahead of interim Ph2b data expected in December 2026.
Tezspire achieved strong histologic remission and symptom benefit was comparable to Dupixent with total endoscopic remission reaching 30-34% requiring less frequent injections every four weeks.
Dupixent meanwhile requires chronic weekly dosing to sustain disease control.
By contrast, EP-104Gl has demonstrated clinical remission through 52 weeks after one administration, supported by stable local drug release, meaningfully improving tissue health with dose, and encouraging tolerability.
If randomized Ph2 data validate durable symptom, histologic, and remodeling benefit, we believe EP-104GI would offer biologic-like efficacy with dramatically lower treatment burden, supporting substantial adoption before or instead of systemic biologics.
Piper Sandler reiterated $ABVX Overweight-$175 and said -- Obefazimod's Differentiated Profile Reinforced by UEGW Data
$TAK $PTGX - JNJ SYRE CRVS ABBV PALI RHHBY MRK TEVA
Piper Sandler added—Remain Overweight-rated on ABVX shares following additional ABTECT-Maintenance subgroup data presented at UEGW today.
Building on the UEGW abstract, the new analyses show higher endoscopic improvement and HEMI rates with obefazimod than pbo across prior AT-failure subgroups, including in patients with prior JAK inhibitor failure.
Coupled with the separate VERDICT readout from Takeda (not covered), which supports the clinical relevance of objective mucosal endpoints, these data underscore the importance of obe's best-in-disease endoscopic-remission, which remain strong even among patients with prior AT-IR.
While ABVX shares have struggled of late (down ~30% since early August) for a variety of reasons, we continue to believe in the fundamental value of obe as a highly differentiated treatment option in IBD, a view strengthened by the UEGW data, and continue to believe shares are undervalued at current levels. Remain buyers.
Goldman Sachs🏁 $ABVX and said -- We initiate coverage of Abivax with a Buy rating and 12m price targets of €132/ADR $155.
$PTGX - JNJ SYRE CRVS $ABBV PALI RHHBY MRK TEVA
Goldman Sachs added—Our positive view is underpinned by key pipeline asset obefazimod, which we believe is an increasingly de-risked, ulcerative colitis therapy which could launch in the US from 2027 and has multi-billion revenue potential.
With Phase 3 UC data in hand, we see the clinical profile as de-risked with potential to address areas of unmet need in UC and a clear use case despite a competitive market. Whilst UC is the key driver of our model, we see further potential in Crohn's disease (Ph2b data due mid-2027) and obefazimod combination therapies.
Obefazimod is a uniquely positioned asset in the $27bn IBD market (GSe 2025), offering biologic-like efficacy in ulcerative colitis (UC) in an oral pill with a novel mechanism of action.
We believe the drug is differentiated in a competitive market with potential for utilization across multiple lines of therapy in UC, where we model €4bn in peak sales primarily in the 2L+ setting.
The drug is also being developed in Crohn's disease (CD), where we see a potential market of $16bn and €3.5bn in revenue potential for obefazimod with de-risking data expected mid-27.
Initial data from the ABTECT 1&2 trials in the UC induction setting were highly encouraging in our view, with obefazimod demonstrating comparable or optically stronger efficacy than currently approved biologics and oral small molecules for UC with a favorable safety profile relative to JAK inhibitors, which was followed by impressive maintenance data which we believe are ultimately the key differentiating feature of the drug in a competitive field.
Whilst the maintenance data did highlight a potential cancer signal, we do not expect it to impede regulatory approval or clinical utility long-term.
We believe obefazimod's increasingly de-risked blockbuster potential in IBD provides opportunity for multiple routes to value creation for investors.
Abivax screens well as a potential M&A target from a strategic perspective, with the drug's commercialization likely to benefit from scale covered by a large pharma, and whilst potential M&A represents one route to value creation, we believe self-commercialization of obefazimod is viable for Abivax given recent financing, the drug's differentiated profile and small molecule structure which can support attractive margins long term.
Stifel reiterated $LBRX Buy-$53 and said -- We're reiterating our Buy rating on LBRX, after spending time with CEO Heather Turner, COO/CBO Gad Soffer, and CFO Joseph Miller at an investor lunch/NDR.

Stifel added — For the upcoming ph3 schizophrenia readout in 1H27, our optimism on LB-102 is anchored around
(1) its shared mechanism with amisulpride, which is approved ex-US for schizophrenia on the basis of multiple successful RCTs,
(2) positive ph2 schizophrenia study for LB-102 which supports a better safety profile vs the approved atypicals, and
(3) management commentary around study execution including measures to mitigate placebo, along with a larger N and longer duration to improve power.
Overall, we think LBRX offers an attractive catalyst path ahead with the more de-risked schizophrenia readout, plus shots-ongoal in mood disorders including ph2 BPD (1Q28) and adjunctive MDD (1H29) studies—we also discussed LB's plans to study '102 in schizophrenia negative symptoms and AD agitation/psychosis which are very large market opportunities.

Guggenheim said -- A new microdialysis study, presented by LBRX over the weekend at ECNP congress, provides the first direct functional evidence that orally administered LB-102 (novel benzamide D2/D3/5-HT7 receptor antagonist) engages presynaptic dopamine D2/D3 autoreceptors in the rat nucleus accumbens — the circuit governing reward and motivation, and the node implicated in anhedonia.
This matters for three reasons:
(1) It confirms that oral low-dose LB-102 reaches and acts at its intended presynaptic target — the mechanistic premise of the bimodal dose thesis underpinning the multi-indication model.
(2) It supplies a mechanistic rationale for the ongoing BD program (ILLUMINATE-1) and planned adjunctive MDD trial, indications where loss of motivation and pleasure remains poorly addressed by serotonergic agents.
(3) The doses tested align with the clinical program: reversal held at every dose — 1.5/3.0/6.0 mg/kg p.o., or roughly 15/29/58 mg human-equivalent (per our est.) — closely matching the 25/50 mg doses tested in ILLUMINATE-1 and the 15/25 mg range planned for adjunctive MDD trial.
Net-net, these findings provide mechanistic support for LB-102's mood franchise, alongside low-dose amisulpride's clinical record.
We reiterate LBRX as our best idea (see our initiation HERE), with positive Phase 2 schizophrenia data anchoring our conviction and mood expansion offering a second potential avenue for growth.
JPMorgan⬆️ $SPCX's PT to $500 from $240 and reiterated Overweight
$TSLA $AMZN ASTS BA RKLB LMT FLY
JPMorgan said -- Regarding a potential SPCX-TSLA merger, Elon noted that both companies have formed special committees to discuss a potential deal and that there are significant merits to a combination, but it would require shareholder approval and there are no guarantees. We believe regulatory considerations could also be a factor, as outlined overnight in JPM Autos analyst Rajat Gupta's note on a potential merger
Like at 2Q earnings, our estimates again increase significantly, pulling forward more than another year in our model.
We estimate 2027- ending compute of 10 GW and total 2027 revenue of $254B, suggesting a 2027-ending ARR of ~$400B compared to the $500B-$1T range expected by management.
Our estimate increases are substantial, with 2027 & 2028 numbers more than doubling, but we also acknowledge that a lot has to go right for SPCX to hit these numbers including successfully building out the compute, securing significant capital, & continuing to benefit from a very strong demand environment.
We reiterate our Overweight rating & increase our PT from $240 to $500 based on 20x our 2028E GAAP EPS of $24.41.
UBS⬆️ $SPCX's PT to $230 from $210, reiterated Buy and said -- SpaceX handily beat our estimates with a significant acceleration in growth largely on strength in Al compute leasing.
$GOOG $MSFT AMZN ASTS BA RKLB LMT FLY
UBS added—On the call, Elon suggested he was "hounded by every hyperscaler" to lease more compute and that demand was so strong it could sell out several times the capacity it has. He expects upward pricing in spot rental rates to continue, potentially lowering the payback period to ~6 months next year.
On the back of this, the company now targets 13GW of compute by YE27, or an incremental ~10GW from the 2.5-3.0GW expected by YE27 (vs 1.7GW for 3Q and 2.2GW in Oct).
Elon suggested there was upside to as much as 20GW in 2027 based on visibility on power generation.
This infrastructure and a broad brush 50:50 ratio of held to leased capacity would support ARR of $0.5-1.0T by year end, up from an expected $100B in ARR at YE26.
Elon also addressed the topic of combining SpaceX and Tesla and said special committees had been formed to evaluate a transaction but he is recused from discussions and limited in what he can say.
He stated there was a lot of merit in combining the two companies but that it was by no means inevitable.
Management also provided some new guidance including 4Q capex of $35-40B (prev UBSe $19B), up from $19.6B in 3Q as the buildout accelerates.
We estimate the company will need to spend ~$350B to hit its target for 13GW, putting it right in the ballpark of the other major hyperscalers (compares to GOOG ~$380B, MSFT~$230B, etc).
Following Starship Flight 14, management suggested it will attempt to catch the ship and booster on the next flight planned for next month.
Our Take: SpaceX continues to deliver on high expectations and we see the trend continuing as new compute deals come online in 4Q, Starship progresses towards a ship and booster catch and Grok performance and product enhancements continue. We believe the collection of assets is unique and will create value over time as management executes on each of these goals.
