You never know who’s watching you work… make sure you put your best foot forward! Little Ol me and my work ethic caught the eye of the NY Dept of Education Segment Director’s eye!
Today I said goodbye to the classroom after 7️⃣ years. It has definitely been a journey! ✌🏽 catch me in the friendly skies! 🙏🏽
Few things people need to remember about TX. 1. Although it is an open carry state, you still CANNOT carry firearms on school grounds unless you are the 👮🏾♀️. 2. Put your gun on safety! The man adjusted his pants and shot himself in the foot & leg.
There aren’t words to describe what I felt. I thank God my babies, the other kids and staff are safe and unharmed.
Nothing prepares you to receive a message stating there is an active threat at your child’s school. As a government contractor I’ve conducted active shooter exercises. As a teacher I’ve trained my students & have been in several lockdown situations. As a parent. I wasn’t ready.
Appreciate your testing coordinators… especially if you have @MaryRyan_LCSS. She has set the bar extremely high for me! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Testing season is always stressful but it was never due to lack of preparation on her part. You’re the real MVP!

A big thank you to @shonb82 and @TyRandolph2 for coming to speak with our SGMS rising 9th grade boys interested in basketball and football at @BradwellTigers. @LightsoutJr @akjohnsonEdS @BIAthletic @SGTheBestNest
So I did a thing….say hello to your newest certified drone operator! FAA Drone Pilot licensing up next! 🎉🥳
Mutation lab! Students were taped to create different mutations (fused hands, no arms, no hands, fused arms, claws, etc) and then were given a task (pick up 3 kisses, open them and eat them in 90 seconds) 😂😂
