TikTok is about to BAN me. Videos I posted months/years ago are getting mass flagged. Every single day I get hit with multiple violations. Most of them are on completely benign content. I was banned for posting for 10~ days, removed from creator program, and my account is about to be permabanned. Does anyone have a contact at TikTok to help me resolve these issues?

Yet the eel in your local river was almost certainly born in a sea with no shores, thousands of miles away.

Even now, the proof is indirect. A study published in 2022 satellite-tagged 26 adults released from the Azores, and six tracked all the way to the Sargasso Sea. Then the signals ended. Still no one has seen them spawn.
Meanwhile, the number of young eels reaching Europe has fallen by around 95% since the 1980s, and the species is critically endangered.
We are trying to protect a spawning ground we have never even seen.
