Hi Glenn, I am sorry to read of the troubles you had trying to report your breakdown to our team. Were you able to get through in the end or report it online? Thanks, ^Cara

Thank you for coming back to me. Have you been advised by our team that as it is an act of vandalism, that you would be best reporting it to your insurers as it's not classed as a mechanical or electrical breakdown for us? ^Cara

Absoutely brilliant service from @TheRAC_UK this morning - car wouldn’t start on the drive and within an hour patrolman Eddy had arrived, and fitted a new battery shortly after. Thank you!!!

Need help from @TheRAC_UK today to tow my car to a local garage. The mechanic from RAC was amazing, some of the best customer service I have experienced. Well done @TheRAC_UK 👍 – at Wales, United Kingdom
