Working with a 5th grader in math intervention and he noticed division and stated, "I can't do division." Looked at one example, I reworded "division" and he completed our assignment with perfection! His demeanor changed from defeated to confident! @Curriculum_RCS @HamlinHawks13

The @RCSHartMS math department hosted a professional learning teacher lab with educators from Oxford and Lake Orion. The focus was student engagement, intervention, building thinking classrooms and co-teaching models. So thankful for this tri-district partnership!
