Learnings from Squad Busters' Mobile Pre-Registration Masterclass (30M pre-reg!) 🎁 create a strong free incentive (skin + deco + emote) 📱 incentives help get the platforms excited to promote...build these relationships early and leverage at key moments 🌐 foster your early community - involve them as much as possible (yes Supercell's existing community is a cheat code, but @PaulaBaguena (SB CM) is excellent) ‼️ frequent updates to drive FOMO heading into launch 🕹️ geo locked beta enables creators at any scale to easily create content and drive excitement with their audience ⌛️ keep the timeline relatively short so the buzz doesn't wear off (weeks not months) 📈 in my experience the most pre-registrations will come in the first week and last week... With a May 29th global launch, @SquadBustersx could achieve > 40M pre-registrations GLHF!
