Today's show: How Big Tech Monopolies are Weaponizing AI Against Human Liberty youtu.be/qTQIqJiN-Hs I sit down with Michael McClellan, an attorney involved in litigation over alleged AI-related copyright infringement, to examine the legal, moral, and constitutional questions conservatives about AI chatbots conservatives cannot afford to ignore. We cover everything from Section 230 indemnity, how conservatives should approach liability and regulation, and the hypocritical gaslighting from the industry about the need to “beat China.”

At some point, the sh#$ of the GOP just tastes so bad that no amount of sanctimonious shaming can get people to put it in their mouths. I've worked for 18 years on primaries and they simply got cancelled the past 8 years in favor of idolatry, so you are stuck with uninspiring special interest corporatist Republicans. Some of us warned about this.
In a new interview, Ralph Norman says he'll stick with his promise to support Darline Graham as the #SCSEN GOP nominee — but: “My family is not going to vote for Darline Graham. They’re just not." And: "No, I would not do an event with her, and I made that pretty clear." iheart.com/podcast/1248-the-…

For all of the losses that will be racked up for corruption, attachment to Big Tech, an aimless agenda, and crappy non-conservative candidates, we could have spent the political capital on doing transformational right wing stuff, and at a minimum, we would be better off electorally in red states.

Fun fact: There has never been a single pro-Palestinian rally in China. It’s illegal. There’s a reason China classifies Islam as a mental illness at home, yet promotes Palestine and Islam in the West.
🚨BREAKING: Chinese national who organises pro-Palestine rallies at UCLA, Liu Lijun, has just had her visa revoked The Trump admin isn’t playing about.

True, but it doesn’t mean they are wrong.
Just a reminder that whatever narratives emerge on 11/3 aren’t likely to last very long.

In 2019, local governments took in $32 billion in property tax revenue. In 2026, that number is now $62 billion. Had the 2019 revenue merely be adjusted for population growth and inflation through this year, it would amount to roughly $49 billion — $13 billion less than current revenue collections. Why not return some of that extra $13 billion to taxpayers?

Bingo. You literally cannot possibly get more uninspiring candidates than what Republicans have in Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Mississippi.

But it also shows that the Republicans from those states absolutely suck and are allowing the fake Indy dems to outflank them on data centers and other issues. I can tell you this much, they would not be able to do that against our type of candidates. So if things are too close for comfort in a deep red state, that is an US problem, not a them problem.
In four Senate seats this cycle (Idaho, Montana, South Dakota and Nebraska) the Democrats, with the active collusion of the media, are running fake independents for the Senate, having pushed their own nominees to withdraw because they know just how toxic their brand is in these states, and they will do anything to win. But in Montana, Democrat nominee Alani Bankhead, to the surprise of the party bosses, refused to play along, and having been duly nominated in a competitive primary (which saw only 58,000 fewer voters than the GOP primary), has stayed in the race, thus thwarting the dirty tricks of the party bosses and creepy "independent" candidate Seth Bodnar. While Bankhead should be lauded for not giving in to bribes or blackmail, it remains the fact that the Democrats fake independent strategy (and the media's willingness to run cover for them) shows that they both have utter contempt for the democratic process and the voters from these states that they are claiming to represent.

If you want to know why Republicans are losing so badly into red territory, this is the most important survey on public perception politico.com/newsletters/dec… Trump has oriented his presidency towards big tech to such an extent that the public now views big tech as in bed with the GOP even more than they actually are. An enforced error doesn't begin to describe this.

All last year, as Republicans focused on Big Tech, the surveillance state, pay for play, and data centers, I said, that this is the ticket to losing even in red states. We will find out what ultimately happens, but my fears were proven true just based on how close it is.

Dude! And also that senator representing them is the embodiment of everything we defeated in the tea party, but trump rejuvenated against better opponents.
Axios: Senate Republicans fear Mississippi is in play Senate Republicans are weighing three last-ditch spending moves that would have been unimaginable six months ago: a cash infusion for Mississippi and even more money for South Carolina and Kansas. "The wall has broken. The enemy is inside the fort," one national Republican political operative told Axios. "We are now fighting hand to hand." axios.com/2026/10/21/mississ…

Once again, the three Trump appointees strike again. So you have a fundamental right to demand female stuff as a man in prison, but you dont have the right as a human being to not be coerced into a medical injection.
Supreme Court rules 7-2 to keep federal prisons providing transgender inmates with hormones, wigs and makeup at taxpayer expense, for now.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Supreme Court denied Trump admin emergency stay request in unsigned order, leaving lower court injunction in place temporarily while litigation continues. No 7-2 merits ruling or explanation provided; only Thomas and Alito noted they would grant stay. supremecourt.gov/orders/courtor… scotusblog.com/2026/10/justic… supremecourt.gov/docket/docketf…

Agree with all but Florida for obvious reasons given the popularity of the incumbent.
If the generic ballot/national environment is really D +10 or something, that reflects a 12-point shift from 2024, so a whole tranche of states (IA, TX, OH, AK, FL) that Trump won by ~12 points behave as toss-ups.

We are truly witnessing what will be the biggest blow-out Wall Street has ever seen. When you start counting in trillions - with a T - you are talking about an exponentially larger phenomenon. And all for technology that will be obsolete in 10 years.. It might be time to spend a weekend rereading The Big Short?
