HEY FOLKS, I AM IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELP.
I normally use this app to allow people to purchase my books and support my work internationally. However, I have become very unwell over the past while, and I am now in serious need of help covering transportation to medical appointments, medical devices, and possibly home care. Anything helps, and every little bit makes a difference. Every time someone buys me a coffee through this app, it helps me cover the cost of transportation, food, and other basic necessities. Right now, I have very little food, and things have become incredibly difficult. I don't want to share every detail of my personal situation, but at present, I can barely walk without assistance. I may also need to make changes to my home so it is more accessible for my medical and mobility needs. After 18 years of community service, helping others wherever I could, I now find myself in a position where I need help myself. I have no family or friends available to help me through this, and I am facing these challenges very much alone. I am tired, frustrated, and struggling to figure out how to manage everything. If you have questions, please feel free to ask me. I also want to clarify something: much of the money shown on this app is from old transactions. It wasn't raised as donations; it was money used to pay for items I sold a long time ago. However, this is the best way I currently have for people to send me a little help. I am honestly embarrassed to have to put this out there. I have spent so many years trying to be the person who helps others, and now I am the one asking for help. It's a difficult thing to accept, and there are days when I struggle with how it makes me feel about myself.
If you are able to buy me a few coffees through this app, please know that your kindness will help me get through a very difficult time. Whether it's a little or a lot, every bit helps. Please, I am asking for compassion, not judgment. I have enough on my plate right now without insults or criticism. It takes a lot for me to put my pride aside and ask for help, and I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't genuinely need it.
Thank you to everyone who takes the time to read this, shares it, asks questions, or lends a helping hand.
I've spent 18 years trying to be there for others. Right now, I could really use someone being there for me.
Thank you.

I can’t stop crying.
It hurts so much that I don’t know where to put all this pain.
I don’t know how to scream louder,
so that the world will help us stop russia.

Just a reminder that there is a city in Europe where Russian drones hunt civilians 24/7.

A Russian strike against the building of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. A rescue operation is underway: crews are putting out the fire and searching for people who may have been trapped inside. All services are deployed. Today in Kyiv, a pharmaceutical company and gas stations were also attacked; in Dnipro, a business center; and in other cities and regions, civilian facilities, businesses, and communications infrastructure were targeted as well. Sadly, people have been killed… My condolences to their families and loved ones. Russia will definitely face a response to this. And every one of Ukraine’s partners must see from this terror, from these strikes, that supporting Ukraine means truly supporting people’s lives – supporting the principle that terror must never be normalized, anywhere. Russia must be held accountable for all of this and face real consequences. I thank everyone who helps Ukraine!

“When the World Hurts”
(A Poem of Faith in the Midst of Suffering)...MBR
Why does God allow the pain,
The tears, the war, the endless strain?
Why do children cry unseen,
While evil walks the earth so clean?
If God is real and full of might,
Why does the world lose so much light?
Why hunger, hate, abuse, and lies?
Why do the innocent fill the skies?
I’ve asked those questions from the floor,
Broken, bruised, wanting more.
But faith, it whispered through the pain,
That even storms must meet the rain.
God gave us choice, a sacred gift,
Free will that builds or lets us drift.
From Eden’s tree, we chose the fall,
And darkness tried to drown us all.
But still, He came. He walked the land,
Not with sword but healing hand.
Not with wrath, but wounds and grace,
A holy love, face-to-face.
Why didn’t God just fix it fast?
Snap His fingers, heal the past?
Because love can't be forced or sold,
It must be chosen, brave and bold.
Jesus came not to condemn,
But to bring us back to Him.
He touched the leper, fed the poor,
And showed us heaven’s open door.
He bore rejection, pain, and loss,
He bled and died upon that cross.
Not because He couldn’t save,
But to walk with us into the grave.
The world is cruel, the nights are long,
But still I hear that quiet song.
That voice that met me in my sin,
And whispered, “Child, come back again.”
Yes, I have stumbled, I still fall,
But now I answer to His call.
Not defined by who I was,
But by His mercy, love, and cross.
When I see the evil rise,
I remember, heaven hears the cries.
God is near to broken hearts,
He’s been with us from the start.
And when the wicked seem to win,
He stores the justice deep within.
Vengeance is the Lord’s alone,
He sees it all every stone.
So I walk in faith, not full of pride,
But knowing Christ walks by my side.
With love, I shine into the night,
A lighthouse glowing pure and bright.
I cannot change the world alone,
But I can love, and guide them home.
And even when I feel alone,
I know my soul is not my own.
So ask your questions, scream your pain,
But don’t let go, don’t curse the rain.
For in the storms, His voice is clear:
“My child, I’m real. I’m always near.”

A Daffodil in June
There are some souls who enter not with clamour,
Nor seek the world’s applause or fleeting praise,
Yet leave behind a trail of warmth and wonder,
Like sunlight spilling through a summer haze.
So stands a Princess, gracious, kind and steady,
With quiet strength beneath a gentle smile
A heart that seems forever turned towards others,
And makes the darker road seem bright awhile.
In sheaths of daffodil and golden splendour,
She blooms against the grey of troubled days
A cheerful light, a beacon of good humour,
A living hymn to hope in countless ways.
No crown could lend the grace that she possesses,
No jewel bestow the dignity she wears
For true nobility is found in kindness,
In thoughtful deeds and in the love she shares.
She walks with poise through seasons bright and bitter,
Through storms that lesser spirits might not bear
Yet still she greets the world with warmth and courage,
And leaves a little more of beauty there.
And so the hearts of many turn towards her,
Not merely for the titles she may hold,
But for the rare and lovely gift she offers
A gentle light more precious far than gold.
Long may she shine, this bright and cherished lady,
Bringing joy wherever she may stray,
For some are born to lift the world around them,
And she, it seems, was fashioned just that way. 💛🎩
