Update on our #LICONN preprint for LM-based dense connectomics reconstruction. We have implemented block-face imaging and sectioning of the tissue/hydrogel-hybrid for extended volumetric imaging and provide data for traceability across z-sections. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 biorxiv.org/content/biorxiv/…

We also provide data on seamless stitching in z-direction and report the parameters for the vibratome-based sectioning of the hydrogel.
