Good hand hygiene is the best defence against #norovirus. Keep hands clean with soap and water. It can survive on contaminated surfaces for days.
🏥Do not go to school, nursery, work or visit others in hospital until you have not been sick or had diarrhoea for 2 days
Norovirus, the winter vomiting bug, causes vomiting and diarrhoea. It usually gets better in 2 days. Rest, drink fluids, and avoid fruit juice. Call NHS/111 if worried.
