Thank you so much for the kind words!!!
Today’s #chocolate tasting notes: @RaakaChocolate 70% rose cardamom dark.
The word “ambrosia” comes to mind. Maybe it’s because it’s unroasted, but the chocolate is very smooth and doesn’t have any sourness some darks have. This lets the lovely floral notes come through. 🍫🌹❤️

Did you know that women hold fewer than 23% of board seats, and just 5% of companies have gender-balanced boards? Let’s fix that! Excited to announce that I’m joining the board of @RaakaChocolate, maker of delicious unroasted chocolate. Equality is sweet. Check them out!
Thank you so much. It's one of our dear favorites. 😀

@RaakaChocolate’s coconut milk bar is the best one out there! And you can actually feel good about purchasing their chocolate because they pay fairly for it, unlike most chocolate companies. There’s a bunch of info on their site raakachocolate.com/products/…
Thank YOU @MrArsenie!
And this is how it’s done! If you haven’t yet tried @RaakaChocolate- they have some of the most amazing bars, unroasted cacao beans, lactose and some w/o added sugar! And on top of that phenomenal and kind customer service. TY for the goodies Caroline et al! #transparenttrade

Thank you *so* much, Sarah :).
Another amazing find! @RaakaChocolate Unroasted cacao leaves room for the subtle fruit flavors to come forward. Paired with my obsession of the crunch of nibs makes this bar easy to consume quick! At 1.8oz I wish it was bigger. 75%cacao #transparenttrade #organic #singleorigin
