How you train the back depends on your goals!
Trying to build brutal strength in your back to match how you train the chest? Go no handles & use progressive overload to rip heavy weight just like bench, squat & deadlift.
Trying to build an elite physique? Use our ROM Handles to target the lats, upper back, & biceps without the limitations of bent over row, inverted row, or DB row.
No matter your goals, Rack Row is the tool your training program has been missing.

Throwing in some back as well. I’ve never done a pull up with weight on me so this was a first. I know it’s not good enough, but gotta start somewhere.
Also I found a perfect use for the trap bar I never use… @Rack_Row this is a perfect setup now that I have the right safety bars

Really cool moment this past week: received my official patent paperwork from the USPTO!
A few years ago I had an idea: what if we could train chest supported row in the weight room the same way we train bench: with heavy, % based progressive overload.
All strength coaches want a balanced push/pull ratio, but because there isn’t a good weighted row option in most weight rooms we usually only match volume, not intensity.
I started having my athletes row on boards across the safety arms. It worked, but caused some issues: bruised chests & scary moments where the boards almost slipped off.
So I came up with a design that would fix this & had a prototype built. Our guys loved it so much I decided to try and bring it to weight rooms everywhere.
Fast forward 2 years later & strength programs across the country have invested in our bench. It’s been a ton of work figuring out patents, LLCs, manufacturing, how to build a website etc. It’s also been incredibly rewarding seeing my work pay off in places like the BIG12, ACC, & NBA.
I love coaching & don’t ever plan to stop. But seeing the way God has used this process to grow my faith & character has been incredibly rewarding. I can’t wait to see what he has in store for the future.
If you run a weight room, great exercises don’t matter if setup is a pain.
Most coaches won’t implement chest supported rows because setup on boxes is dangerous, takes forever, & doesn’t make sense in large groups.
Rack row sets up in seconds, can handle any weight you throw at it, & works in every rack you own. Train rows like you train bench & build balanced athletes. Discounts on bulk orders for schools and private facilities!

💪 Every day is back day.
As Bill Kazmaier said: a strong man equals a strong back.
That includes the bench.
The heaviest benches ever weren’t built on pecs alone. They were built on backs you could park a truck on.⬇️⬇️

Like @joshstrength I'm not paid for this, no discount, nada. But holy crap what a great purchase. So glad I got it. Tried it today. Felt it in all the right places & not those places that limit me when the lift gets heavier. Thanks guys for a great product & fast shipping!

We started off using planks like this. Until one day an athlete almost knocked his plank off the safety bars. Would have face planted into the steel.
I knew eventually someone would get hurt.
That’s why I made @Rack_Row . I loved rows, but planks weren’t a long term solution.
If you ever want to get some for your weight room coach, let me know!
